~Because You're Special Card~

Good morning my friends,

After an intense game on Tuesday and a not so nice

comment from another mom, I decided to let love prevail and

make some nice cards for my friends~

I grabbed my Kanban goodness and created this "Because You're Special" card.

I used some vintage lace from my stash, pink liquid pearls, and

some pink tulle too, perfect touch I think.

I felt so much better after sitting down to create, it's funny how

it relaxes me and helps me get back in that happy mode.

Oh and just to bug you one more time LOL

I work hard on these classes making videos and all that good stuff.

~Story Behind The Pink Hair *Video*~

Good morning my crafty friends,

I am often asked about my pink hair, and when I have time I try

to explain it. :) I have typed it out and chatted about it.

There is rarely enough time to tell it all.

But I seem to be getting alot of questions lately so I thought I would

just make a video explaining it in person~ Easier and maybe it comes

across better than in Times New Roman font LOL

~Mini Basket & Notecard Gift Set~

Good morning my amazing crafty friends,

I decided to craft yesterday...

I finished my online class videos for layering your die cuts and

I made this miniature basket and note card set with my fun

Kanban goodies.

I just love the Kanban English Riviera collection~

I used the new Samantha Walker Silhouette May Basket cut for

the Mini Basket & Notecard set.

Don't you think this will make an adorable gift set?

I am going to give it to a girlfriend to give to her mom.

I also used Smooch Spritz for the little card, you know if you don't

have the right color cardstock or paper, that Smooch Spritz is absolutely

incredible for making the perfect color to match!

I just took my white cardstock and sprayed it before I punched

and cut it. Then I added the pink liquid pearls...wallah~

That's it for me today, I am off to edit and get this class ready, it

~Repurposing Basket Onto A Layout!~

Good morning my friends!!

Before I start I have to force you to see my boys in uniform LOL

Here is Gage posing on the field. He was such a funny man.

He was super excited about the game, we lost but it was fun!

I love being around the families and our amazing coaches Kevin & April.

Here is Justice, much more serious because he is the pitcher.

He did really well considering he had an injury the first pitch.

His hand is still black. We lost that game BUT it's all about having fun

no one is getting a million dollars here, so we just have fun! :)

What a wonderful weekend, spent with baseball, nachos, and friends.

Good afternoon, I know I am late but it's been a crazy busy weekend with the boys :)

I have fun news from Jinger Adamas today! She has a new Design Team....

~Welcome Spring & Sad News~

Good morning and happy Friday! :)

I shared this project recently on the Buttons Galore & More blog

and wanted to share it with you. The BGM blog has full instructions.

I had alot of fun making this with my Clear Scraps acrylic-

Tally Scrapper April Kit, Silhouette Cameo, and

some of the Samantha Walker SVG files.

I love making little wall hangings for the season.

I usually end up making 3 or 4.

I am so ready for spring. Bring on the garden!

On a sad note, night before last we lost every chicken we had.

3 years of work and love down the drain, a coyote busted into the pen

and dragged out over 20 chickens including the new baby chicks.

Only one chicken survived the ordeal.

It was a heart wrenching morning for us all as a family.

I understand it is life on the farm but it was painful nonetheless.

We have 4 babies in the shed that were untouched...they were too

young to put out. Thanks goodness for that but still...heart breaking news.

~Spring Card With Egg Money Holder~

Good morning my friends,

Saturday we had a fun birthday party to attend, and

being that it is spring and was close to Easter I decided to create

this card and a lacy egg as the money holder! :)

I have to admit seeing Becca's face when she tried to carefully

open it without breaking it was priceless. Too fun, she was so excited.

I used the "I Feel Pretty" April Scraptastic Club Kit.

And the Samantha Walker Lace Egg SVG cut on my Silhouette Cameo.

I am falling more and more in love with this machine, such

intricate cuts, and so much easier to use. I love it.

I don't think I am going to keep these eggs only for Easter,

I really think they are fun for spring too.

Oh and side note, I have no affiliation with Silhouette, I just LOVE

them, it is strictly personal fun :)

Ok happy Thursday my friends...I am off to clean today..Oh joy LOL
