Good morning my friends, sorry but I have to hijack
today's post and just show my 10th anniversary, TATTOO and all! :)

It began Wedmesday with a delivery of flowers (totally rare too)
Then Thursday he came home early and brought me a huge
box of candy (heart shaped of course)
By the way all of this was unexpected! I knew we were broke but
he had saved money for the last few months apparently.
Then off to dinner...then this happened....
I have wanted a tattoo for 10 years now, and I wanted it to REALLY
mean something. I thought about it long and hard.
You know Hawaii means so much to me, it really changed my life
in SO many ways. And I always wanted to represent that in my tattoo.
Also I am a die hard Hello Kitty girl. I really wanted it to represent
my personality and my life, so what better then LIVE LOVE....
I live my life for this family of mine and never in a million years would I
have thought that real pure love is possible.

This tattoo was my very first and it made me cry, it's such
a special meaning, even if it looks silly.
Oh and by the way, it's huge LOL
Much bigger than I planned but I love it, it was a real gift.
I canot wait ti SCRAP IT! WOOHOO!

Thank YOU for stopping by, I love ya! Happy Friday!

Good morning my friends,

Today is such a blessing for me.
This is my FIRST Spellbinders use AND
today is my 10 year wedding anniversary.

This card could easily be a Valentine's Day card or anniversary card.
I used a Pink By Design Stamp, have I ever told you how amazing
those stamps are? OMG incredible! The owner is amazing too!

This is the FIRST time I have used Spellbinders and I LOVE THEM!
These are from Samantha Walker and they totally rock!
Oh I am going to be addicted LOL
They have incredible detail for sure, and I love them!
The card is Clear Scraps, Momenta, Twinery, and Spellbinders (SW).
Oh and here is my new fridge! I really did not want to buy one
on credit but when your between a rock and hard place with a burnt
out fridge...well you do whatcha gotta do LOL
I might as well enjoy it! :)
My husband and I have been together for over 13 years but
married for 10 now and it has been an amazing ride.
These are my 4 of my most treasured gifts in life.
My story with him is too long to post but I will say
without him I would not be anywhere near as strong as I am today.
I would not have the confidence to speak out against abuse and share
my story. I would not trust in anyone especially men if it were not for him.
He has been more than a blessing, he was a gift from God
I genuinely believe that. Happy Anniversary my dear.
Life is not always peaches and cream but you make it bearable.

If you would like to read more about the last 10 years and how
my life has been incredibly changed, I wrote a tribute to what he
has done and how I have changed on my Facebook.
My life is a crazy web of survival and I am thankful to be alive
and honestly it is thanks to this man.....Love ya hunny! :)

Good morning my friends....

Today is the day! The Day I stop living out of ice chests and start
living in 2012 with a new fridge! LOL I am giddy, can you tell??!

Anyways...I have an altered frame to share today. This was a CHA project
currently at CHA on my designer wall. (How fun is that?).
It is all Webster's Pages and Blumenthal Lansing once again.
I used Clear Scraps acrylic inside to create the "window"....I love it, I am
totally going to recreate it for my home this year.
This is a special week for me and my boys.
Tomorrow is my 10th wedding anniversary. Because everything has gone
awry this month and my son's surgery is in a few days,
we won't be getting away as planned. BUT it is still very special,
I am really honored to be married to my amazing husband who is my light
and my strength. He really does dote on me, he is a dying breed for sure.

I will see you all tomorrow, hopefully with new fridge pictures!
Oh and by the way...when did refrigerators go from like 500.00 to like 1000.00
minimum??? I mean really??? LOL It's insane!!! I must be getting old!

Good morning my crafty friends,

I am excited to share this layout with you today.
This is sweet little Gracie, I just adore her.
My friends kids are so flippin' adorable.

I created this for CHA with Kanban Crafts & Blumenthal Lansing.
Oh and the Twinery twine. :) I had so much fun making it.
I don't know if you can see it but I stitched all around the edges on the green
areas, and added twine in all the buttons.
I am finding myself excited to scrap girls! I have none but
my friends all have girls so it's the perfect combo.

*Update* Got the van home, it's not completely perfect but it runs,
and the new fridge is coming on Wednesday, until then we are
living out of coolers and eating pancakes for dinner. LOL
Have a wonderful Tuesday, thank YOU for coming to say hey! :)

Hello Monday & crafty friends,

What a crazy weekend! LOL
Before I get to that I wanted to share a special CHA layout
IF you so happen to be at CHA you will find this on a wall....
I am really hoping to get some pictures from a friend. :)
I used Webster's Pages & some new products from Blumenthal Lansing.
They asked me to help with their booth this year which was
an amazing honor! If you are at CHA check it out!
This is my sweet friend's daughter- Payton...isn't she a doll?!
OH I just love her so much! She was over this weekend dancing,
what a cootie patootie!
Anyways this layout is simple but really makes the photos shine,
that's exactly what I wanted, not too much muss or fuss just
a beautiful baby on beautiful papers!

We had an amazing time Friday and Saturday with friends, then
Saturday my van started smoking and smelling....
which lead to Sunday when I smelled smoke in our home and my
refrigerator went out. While totally grateful for good friends
and alot of love and family time...totally sucks about appliances LOL

Today I am stuck at home with no vehicle and making
some crafty videos. Hoping to get some tutorials done as well
as some new projects, wish me luck! :)
Happy Monday my friends....

Good morning my friends!!!!

What a great way to start the weekend!
Last night we had a hand full of friends over and we just had the best night.
Today we are headed to the baseball field for a scrimmage.

In the mean time I wanted to share this new Send It Clear Clear Scraps
card which I created with the Kanban products. This was such a fun card
to make. I embossed it in my Sizzix then I inked it.
I added the cool copper glitter Kanban acetate on the "doors" LOL
In the photos the colors don'e mesh as well as in person, in person
it is the perfect combo of copper and gold.
You have to try these cards!!!

Thursday night hubby "pinked" me LOL He refreshed my
fading do....I love it! :)
And I just had to share this very candid shot of a bunch
of friends visiting. I LOVE that James is sitting down loving
on the baby, and you see Melissa laughing, and the other
girls just chatting away. It was a fun (all be a chaotic) night LOL
Good friends, good family fun.
The kids all went outside to play with flashlights in the dark, you know
it reminded me of when I was a little girl playing outside.

Today we head to the fields and play catch up...
HAPPY SATURDAY my friends! :)

Good morning my wonderful and amazing crafty friends,

I have a project to share today with more new releases from
Clear Scraps! :) The mini expressions LOVE, HOPE & FAITH.
I LOVE them!!!! I coated them in Glitter Glass by Viva Decor
(just like the pearl pens) and added some pearl pen too.
I made it messy with my fingers because I wanted a stained glass ripple
effect. I love the end results! Then I used Kanban papers
behind the acrylic, and stamped the front.
Then a touch of grandma's vintage lace and that was it!
Alot of drying time but it was so worth it. When it comes back from CHA
I am hanging it in the middle of my living-room.
Ok not the middle but you get the idea.
My motto for the year is ALWAYS Love, KEEP Hope, ENDURING Faith.
Because life goes up and down but there is always a light at the end.

I had a perfectly lovely lunch with Hayley, Jennifer & Shauna
yesterday and we planned another get together with the kids.
Such a great time. We went to the quaintest restaurant called
It was food just like I cook at home! LOL It was really fun,
I wish all restaurants were like that.
We had the baby girls with us and we all had fun.
I think every senior citizen in the place stopped by and touched
the girls hands and hair, it was so cute. Must have took them 20
minutes to leave LOL If you ever get to TN stop by Miller's!

Good morning my friends,
This morning I have a fun new project to share, one of the new Clear
Scraps 2012 release designs. A Baby Boy Overall Bib Album! :)

It is so cute and a perfect pair for the Momenta papers I used.
I really enjoyed making the little pockets and cuffs for the cover.
I also added some glitz and glam.
You can see the pages are clear, so I added the Viva Decor Pearl Pen
around the outline to make it pop.
It has room for at least 8-20 photos depending on size.
Sure makes me want to do more albums!

And for the back I added a pocket, then slipped a little
rattle inside just like a little boy would do. :)
Isn't this a fun album?
IF you are headed to CHA you can probably find this in the Clear Scraps booth.
I won't be there this time but if you stop by tell them HI from Pinky! :)

Ok off to have lunch with the gang today, I needed
a girly day! :) Happy Hump Day my friends.

Good morning my friends....

I am excited to share this funky artsy project today.
It is the scalloped 8X8 cast acrylic album from Clear Scraps
BUT here is the new part...see the word IMAGINE?
Brand new release! :)
For this mini album I used 4 alcohol ink colors, then
I hand cut a heart from paper and stamped inside the heart.
Then I placed a gold sheet of cardstock behind.
and for the "Imagine" I sprayed it down with PYMII and glittered it,
on the BACK side! :) So it would be nice and glossy on the front.
I am really tickled with it. I cannot wait to fill it with my artsy
pages. I think this album will be my vintage album with my personal pages.
So my friends, how is your week looking?

We are in the middle of prepping for baseball season, hubs took on
coaching this year and we are hammering out the sponsors.
Such a great experience already with so many friends coming together
to help. Then on Wednesday I have girl's day out! :) We are headed for lunch.
And in 2 weeks hubs and I celebrate our anniversary.
Today I am off to create for an upcoming acrylic class...
more word to come on that shortly!

Love ya and thanks for stopping by!!

Good morning my friends,

What a wonderful weekend.
Now that all of my CHA projects are finished, I am back
to sharing the new releases and this one is PERFECT for football
and LSU fans...I wanted to make a football card but
who would I send it to?LOL So I made this....
This is a new Clearly Accent Embellishment design from Clear Scraps
(Fleur-D-Lis) paired with my favorite crafty company Kanban!
I love the sentiment, it's going straight to my girlyfriend! :)
I used alcohol ink on the clear accents, then I adhered them to
the GOLD mirror finish Kanban paper, then I added Stickles
all around the edges. It turned out just how I envisioned it!
Now I am off to take the little men to the barber today,
poor Justice is growing a shag LOL :)
Happy Monday my friends, I love ya!
