~Hunger Games Project & GIVEAWAY!~

Good morning!
Guess who is back and up and almost 100%? LOL ME!
The boys are all on meds and I am actually alive and kicking....

anyways I spent yesterday making these earrings from PAPER
for the premiere of the Hunger Games movie.
I know they are now exactly like the Hunger Games photo but
I love what they represent. I love the Hunger Game series and its funny
because a mom at baseball was knee deep in the series as well.
I guess it's going to be huge!

So anyways I used the Kanban cardstock, 14KT gold embossing powder,
"Flight" Punch from Jenni Bowlin and my Silhouette to make the
circle and arrow for the bird to fit in.

Tomorrow I will share the SVG files but today I wanted to share
a giveaway of the Jenni Bowlin Limited Edition Butterfly punch!
I am sure my Fiskateer friends will love this!!!!!!

All you need to do is leave a comment and SHARE with your friends!
If we have enough comments I just might have another punch to giveaway! :)
Good stuff, also I will have an announcement tomorrow, plus a
special project so stay tuned! :)

Oh and real quick I had to share this sweet photo I snapped
at the ball park last night, sweet little Payton playing in the ball gear,

That's it for me today...OH wait, Hubs bought me 3 Easter eggers,
that means more blue and green eggs! :) WOOT! Excited~
Ok go comment and tell your friends!!!
Thanks for stopping by!!!

~Sick Day & Embossed Card- New Glasses!~

Good morning and Happy Saturday my friends!

I took the day off from everything yesterday, I had two very sick
boys at home plus I am still sick, so I headed to the Dr. for the boys.

But I did have this card I created this week using the wonderful KanBan
goodness and embossing powders. I also used a hummingbird KanBan stamp.
I just wanted to make a soft and pretty card, but for the life of me
I could not get that stamped Thank You to show up on my camera LOL
I also wanted to share Gage's new glasses with you, because
he was so happy to be able to see! He walked around saying
"Momma I can see that sign way over there!!" I never even realized
he had a vision problem, but it was so bad. I bet he is relieved.
The Dr. gave us plenty of medicine for my sick boys, from steroids
to antibiotics, it's going to be a long weekend BUT next week is
Spring Break so I am happy they will all be well then!! :)
Maybe I will squeeze in some creative time in between meals,
and being the ultimate mom taxi LOL

Happy Saturday everyone, thanks for coming by~

~NEW CHICKENS-Card & Tag Set~

Good morning my friends,
Before I share my crafts I had to share this cute little chick and nest
that Gage made for me and the new baby chicks we got! :)
Gage made this at school in art....
and last night we picked up 15 new chicks! :)
You know a few weeks ago we lost several chickens to a coyote,
so weird that this week one was hit on our road too. I really
think it was a coyote or fox after all.
Anyways, aren't they cute?? :)
While I was sick yesterday I decided to play with my nails,
I think I used every color in my box LOL But I love it for Easter. :)
This week has been full of creative time, I was able to create
2 card sets plus this card tag combo set.
This is all Kanban goodness, I love me some Kanban, it never gets old!
I cannot wait for the next batch of goodies!
Tuesday we had a great Bunco girl's night. I love the group we have now
such sweet girls who all get along and are so nice.
Wednesday I woke up sick and so did my poor Justice, so we stayed
home all day in bed, sipping tea and napping.
Today I hope to get back into creating.....

I also wanted to mention that Tally has a new "SMASH" kit
(embellishment kit) I know alot of the Tally girls asked me to create a
kit special for SMASH booking, so I did.
It's also fun for the card maker and scrapbooker.
Check it out, 5.00 shipping for these too.
I think that's it for me today, I am hoping to grab a friend
and go get lunch if anyone is up for it. :)
Happy Thursday everyone!!

I saw the quote yesterday and love it!!!
I am sure many of you can relate to it. I thought
it would be a great reminder to myself.
I wanted to make it very funky and fun.
The paper lines I used were

~Hot Stuff Altered Box + Winner!~

Good morning my friends,

I altered this box for CHA and never got around to sharing it.
It was one of my Momenta projects with their new velvety paper.
I have had this box for like 3 years, I was happy to finally use it.
I love the hot pink animal print too~
I just covered the whole thing, then added the tulle.
The alphabet was a part of Momenta too, so much fun~
Ok on to the class winner- I wish I could it away to everyone....

~*Giveaway Alert! Sign Up Now!~

Good morning, Happy Monday my friends,
Well I finally am putting up the GIVEAWAY I have been promising
for the class I am teaching this week on My Creative Classroom.
I will giveaway ONE FREE SEAT!!

And only one, so if you want to take the class please grab one.
All you have to do to win is COMMENT on this blog post,
make sure I can contact you, and share on Facebook please about this class!
HURRY there isn't much time left!~

Here are the details from the class-

When My Creative Classroom approached me about teaching
in their classrooms I thought it was about time I jumped in both feet.
My first class is one of my first loves...ACRYLIC mini albums.
Clear Scraps sponsored this class and it will be sharing alot of
my secret (not so secret) techniques and how to's.
This is gong to be fun, you can log in day or not.
For those of you who craft at midnight while the kids are asleep, or those who
wake up at 5am and craft, this is perfect.
Plus there is a forum to ask questions in, there will be at least 35 minutes
of step by step videos- plus downloadable PDF files WITH
photos in each file step by step. It is all VERY clear and I worked
very hard on it. Each individual segment took em at least 6 hours
to prepare, so it is well thought out for sure.
Plus I share tips along the way.
Here is the link to the classroom
I have more classes planned already! But I hope this first one
is a success. There is no way I could teach this class in person
with all the supplies for this price, so it's cool that you can use your own
stash and I can actually do heavy technique driven classes
at this price point. I am very excited and put my heart into it!

~Backyard Bunnies- Class Is Open...~

Good morning my friend,

Whew what a weekend so far~
We had a sweet Friday night with little Payton.
Payton was getting tired so hubs decided to put her in a laundry
basket with a bowl of goldfish, it was pretty much the cutest thing
I had ever seen, where he comes up with these ideas I have no clue LOL
I think he would cut off his right arm for this sweety pie~

Baseball is in full swing and we just found out our youngest
son needs glasses, so we crammed that in the weekend too.
This layout was one of my digital layouts using the
Samantha Walker digital lines. Just thought I would share
since I am hoping to feel spring soon.
I also wanted to give a heads up reminder about the class that begins Tuesday!
Hurry grab your seat now!! :)

~Lacy Lace Basket~

Good morning my friends,

Well after the hub bub and run around yesterday for our 2 hour
day, I did finally sit down to play with paper, I made this Lacy Lace Basket.
and my new Cameo machine, it was cool but the last part did not cut
perfectly so I think I need to change the blade setting.
I am pretty sure it was my fault, it usually is LOL Anyways
I made it to set out with lace in it, just for looks :)
I used Momenta paper, I am pretty happy with it. Perfect for spring~
I think I am going to try again with my blade set deeper and a
thicker card-stock so it will hold candy too.

Now off to grab the teenager today, he has a 2 hour day today too.
Oh hey any of you own the Kindle Fire? I just ordered one, I am hoping it
is wonderful. I order books and store them in my computer,
I am hoping because they are Kindle books I can use them in my Kindle too
not just my Kindle App on my iPad. I actually got it for the boys.
They love to read but often I cannot find books without hunting
them down online and ordering them. I thought this would be easier.
Let me know if you love/hate yours. :) Appreciate it!~

~Hello Floral Card & Just For You~

Good morning my friends,

Quick post today, just the bare bones....the kids are headed home
after a 2 hour day. I think they make 2 hour days to mess with mom LOL

I was playing with my Kanban goodies again! I made this
Hello Floral Card using the beautiful metallic cardstock, and
the layering flowers. I also stuck a Buttons Galore flat back heart
button in the middle because it felt so right LOL
Oh the sentiment is Pink By Design, I am obsessed with stamping
lately, I need to find a manufacturer who wants me to stamp!
I also made this card using a Kanban card kit, and a butterfly punch.
I always love how sweet these cards end up, they are
pretty much completely fool proof.
Had a nice lunch with 4 friends yesterday and 2 sweet baby girls,
it was a good day. It's always nice to get out with the girls.
I have been in such a mood lately and these days really perk me up.

Thanks for popping by today, I love ya!
MUAH!♡♡♡♡♡♡

~Cut Card- My First! & Digi Layout~

Good morning my friends!! I am excited today!
I tried my Silhouette yesterday and this is what I made!

I used the new SW 3-D butterfly card I cut it, then I flipped it and
cut just the butterflies out. I love the versatility.
I ran them through my Xyron sticker maker and adhered them.
Then added the stamped (Pink By Design) flags.
Super fun right? I love the mat, it stayed in place and it was so intricate.
This was so much fun, I cannot wait to try more.

I had 2 sick boys home so I only had about 30 minutes to play,
but when I have more time I am all over it.

Oh and I wanted to share a digi layout for my digi girls,
another Samantha Walker Honey Golden Pack today ONLY it is
50% off, very good deal~
I really love the soft colors in the paper pack.
I must be feeling very butterfly-ee this week LOL

Ok off to lunch with the girls today, hopefully no one wakes up
sick this morning. Yesterday was a surprise and I hope
it does not spread *eek*.
Have a great day! I appreciate your time~
