Yesterday a truck pulled up with a BIG BOX of goodies from

Northridge Media Publishing with 6 copies of the Cricut magazine

that had my card on the cover!!

Plus 2 more Birthday Idea books with another card I made i

nside.

And a box of goodies to play with....

so instead of keeping it all, I thought I would GIVEAWAY!

of the magazines to a blog friend.

I don't want to sound obnoxious so I won't say "A signed cover" hehe

but these magazines are fun and totally chalked full of ideas.

Old haircut here- not really cut just long and curled like I usually do

Fun but hot and hard to care for all the time.

Sassy new cut! :) I like it alot, it's fresh and I needed fresh.

It always looks healthier after a cut too! :)

Good morning my crafty friends!!!

How is your Monday going so far???

Today I have a couple fun goodies for ya...

Imaginisce is hosting a "Be Mine" blog event and this

is the layout I did for the event, I used some old rub-ons from

Imaginisce and the new Garden Party papers.

Of course they are giving out a BIG GIVEAWAY too so be sure to check it out!

I was feeling very inspired by Chrstine on Tally Scrapper and

really got artsy with it.

It really inspired me to make 3 layouts....all with different products.

I will share those later on. I did throw in some AC Thickers, and of

course I used my Glue Arts...not only the ribbon adhesive but also

the dots and glue runner.

**Another BIG SURPRISE**

I had a wonderful email last week letting me know

that today my blog will be the Blog Of The Week in

scrapbooking.com's Weekly Newsletter

How cool is that??! :) I am very honored and excited.

I work so hard on my blog and it's nice to be recognized! :)

That's all for me today but I scrapped all weekend

so this week should be fun!

♥ Good morning my crafty friends ♥

Just a quick reminder that we only need maybe 8 more comments

A couple comments were double but we are almost there!

THIS BLOG POST!

I mentioned yesterday was my husband and my anniversary.

It was a lovely evening and yes I did make him a card...

and yes it was PINK! :)

What can I say? My husband loves PINK, he is the one who

does my hair...how can he not love PINK! :)

It was so cute, he left me a card on the microwave in the morning

and called after he left to make sure I found it...he said "Did you read it?"

"Yes honey I did"...."that's what you get for not going to sleep right away!"

HA! He was waiting for me to fall asleep and I didn't so he just wrote

"Love you very much" hehehe instead of a lengthy note.

But it was a lovely heartfelt card.

He also brought home roses and candy...♥ Awww...l♥ve.

Ok enough of my mooshy stuff....the card was almost all

American Crafts actually...a huge change from my normal right?

I was feeling artsy and wanted to just go with my gut on it.

The only thing not AC was the mist (Clearsnap Smooch), the fuzzy brad

(I think Sass), and the glue (Glue Arts).

Ok I am off to create some more, I made a really FUN

artsy layout yesterday but it's for a special Imaginisce post on the 7th.
