LIVE Desktop Plaque Craft

Hello Monday and help friends!

Have you seen the Creating Made Easy May 2016 Kit? I mean it is drop dead gorgeous! Such a combo of colors and style, I am in love!

Included in the kit is the Clear Scraps LIVE Expression with is so fun, plus some gorgeous Webster's Pages papers and stickers that you'll love as much as I do. 

For this desktop sign I made (To remind myself to LIVE and breathe) I painted the back of the LIVE Expression with paint so the front would be nice and glossy. Then I put pearls all over the front using a Pearl Pen. 

After I allowed everything to dry, I trimmed out pattered papers that was all included in the kit and made it the perfect desktop size. 

Using Beacon Zip Dry adhesive I adhered the Clear Scraps LIVE Expression to the paper dotting it where the pearl dots are to perfectly conceal the adhesive. 

I also added some stickers form the May 2016  kit that were fun sentiments. I then took a heavy duty card stock, folded it lengthwise and adhered half to the back so it would stand tall on my craft desk. 

I am willing to bet this Creating Made Easy May Kit flies off the shelf, between the Mini Album, and perfectly adorable papers, it's going to go quick so grab yours now!

NEW Release! CHA 2016 Embossing Folder Acrylic Box!

Hey there friends, how cool is this Embossing Folder Acrylic Box that 

you can assemble and decorate from Clear Scraps?!

Actually it can hold anything but I made it for Embossing Folders.

 I used the 12" Chevron Mascil from Clear Scraps with graduated Krylon

Paint Colors to paint it, then used an underlay of gold. 

Then I spray painted the flowers to match, it was so much fun to make. 

If it makes the  CHA booth cut, you just might see it there this week!

Happy People Are Thankful-Fox Project

 Cannot believe it is already November! 

That means a fun FOX project from the newest kit at Creating Made Easy. 

This one was fun, everything was in the kit, 

it's a scalloped clipboard from Clear Scraps. 

 I was pretty excited to find a couple foxes in the kit, and

I LOVE foxes so hello scissors! LOL

Down By The Sea Sailboat Album!

Hey there, I can't believe it's already Thursday. 

I thought I would share this cool CLEAR Sailboat Album I made. 

I left it clear  but used Krylon spray paint on the cover with 

Clear Scraps stencils. 

 Of course the album is Clear Scraps as well, I love the shaped albums.

 The textured water is Gesso and Mica Powder.

My Two Hearts

Good morning friends, it's already Thursday and this has been a hard

week so why not focus on my sweet boys?!

I made this (Heart) You Album from Clear Scraps of course

one of their Mini Word Albums along with their Mascils and

some Krylon paint. 

I coated the cover with Krylon paint on the back then used a

Clear Scraps Mascil on the front with turquoise paint. 

 Every page I spritzed with Krylon paint on the edges. 

With my new diagnosis and battles this week, it's nice to just

focus on my loves, my hearts...the only reason I stand strong!

Love Your Life Mini

 Hey there friends,

It's Thursday, bring on Friday! LOL Today I have this 

"Love Your Life" Mini to share that I made with the new 

February Kit 2015

These minis are so fun. I took the back of the acrylic cover page and

spray painted it gold then used the Chicken Wire Mascil from my stash to

 Paint the from in cream. I love the result. 

 Every kit came with oodles of flowers so each page got some. 

In the end I cannot wait to add photos :)

Merry Christmas Acrylic Bell Card

It's that time of year, time to have fun creating. 

I have so many projects to share this week!

I have been busy with holiday photo shoots as well, so stay tuned. 

But today I wanted to share a Clear Scraps Send It Clear Bell Card I 

created for Christmas. 

I used Krylon gold spray paint on the acrylic bell and added a Clear Scraps

frame to paint as well. 

I LOVE using glitter in the winter for snow I think I should have

been born in a snow state LOL

The clear card is so much fun, and they come pre-cut all you have to
to is decorate and assemble!

Blog Hop + Place Setting Holders

Welcome to the Samantha Walker Creative Team Hop...

My project is Place Setting Holders using the Bendy Card file from SW. 

Take Bendy Card with Fence file and scale each one down to 8.5X11 size. 

(thats a good size or the place holders). Trim them out in 2 colors. 

Making fence in white or cream. 

Punch out maple leaf shapes from leftover scraps of card stock. 

Take gold krylon paint and lightly spritz leaves and fences. 

Assemble cards. 

Add burlap strips, then spray paint names in gold. 

Add embellishments and leaves using hot glue. 

I also added frosted crystals to accent it all.

Happiness, Joy, And Love...

Hey there friends, I have a new album to share today and it uses

the newer design from Clear Scraps the Mason Jar Album in acrylic. 

I love the jar design and aI also used the LOVE Expresion from CS 

I used Krylon Satin Nickel paint and Pink paint to paint the album. 

Spray paint works great on acrylic!
