Halloween Spook Cards!

It's funny what a little black spray paint does to acrylic!

Hey there friends, I have two cards today that I created. 

I used a Mini Album from the October Kit from Creating Made Easy.

I am in love with this kit. 

 I used a slight spritz of black spray paint to make it spooky. 

And the glitter? well that was just for ME! :)

Good morning my crafty friends, 

As Halloween approaches I get more and more excited! :) 

Traditionally the Hobbs really go all out on Halloween, 

but the last 2 years my youngest has decided he hates Halloween

so I now live vicariously through crafting! LOL

Last week Xyron and Globecraft paired up for a fun cross promo

and this is the 3-D card I made for it. 

I used the Piccolo Halloween House Haunting Accents & Clearsnap ColorBox Ink

~Sunday Punch WINNER & i-rock Fun~

Good morning my amazing crafty friend,

I am always so excited to wake up and blog.

You know I love scrap paper manufacturers and

Echo Park is so much fun! I shooshed everyone out

of my room this morning so I could make this card.

You can see I used my handy dandy Imaginisce i-rock for the spider strand

I love that I always have little gems on hand for this!

We had an amazing night last night,

my son's teacher has an annual Halloween Party for the children in

first grade and she has 15 acres and a hay ride, so it

was such fun! I made chili and cookies, the chili was a huge hit.

The only bad thing was I forgot my camera *Ouch*

This morning I woke up and the boys brought me

a pile of presents and breakfast, it was so sweet.

Included in there was the new Eminem CD ♥♥

It's a great Sunday! I am off to the shooting range this morning

for some hubby and wife time *YEA*

Ok enough of my chattering. hehehe

~Crafters have such big hearts~

Good morning my amazing crafty friends,

before I share my craftiness today I wanted to take a minute

to ask for help from all the amazing charitable crafters out there.

I am so blessed to be a part of an amazing community of

crafters who all share a little piece of their heart daily in

every project they make.

Stephanie Hunt, owner of Bella BLVD...her family had a great tragedy

this week and her brother in law was suddenly taken in a terrible car accident.

This has to be devastating for the entire family.

Now on to some crafty fun.
I made this card for a Halloween Invitation
It is a little more artsy then my usual style

I used my Cricut to cut the layers, then I used glitter paint
and stickles to coat the entire project, then I covered it in
Glossy accents and crackle, then I coated it in Mod Podge

I just had fun with it and I am happy with the end result.
It feel so spooky in person to!
I am really learning to use my Cricut and make it my own style
I always thought the Cricut was nothing but cutesy stuff,
but I was wrong, you really can transform anything you make with it!
