Good morning!
It is a frigid 13 degrees this morning and I feel it♥
Last night hubby worked late so I decided to make a Sour Cream Coffee Cake
while I waited for him to get home. I woke up early (6am) with the
intention of taking a picture and sharing the recipe.
But I woke up to this LOL
So...I guess it was a hit. It's been a long time since I made it
but generally I make it around Christmas for Christmas morning.
I thought I would share my recipe :)
Ingredients
This is for an 8X8 Pan, but I make 1 1/2 recipe for my 13X9 pan
Mix all wet ingredients, blend well, then slowly add dry.
Pour half into pan, then coat with half of topping.
Carefully dollop rest of batter on top, coat again with remaining
sugar topping. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 325.
It really is a good coffee cake and the entire family loves it! :)
Ok on to the winner of yesterday's GLUE ARTS package!
Wow! Such a cute, festive banner! Thanks dearly for sharing! (BTW, I love your blog banner at the top, super unique!)
Please email me your address so I can pass it on to Glue Arts
and once again I want to THANK Glue Arts for hosting the GIVEAWAY!
You guys totally rock!
That's it for me today, I finished decorating now I need to craft!
~Happy Thursday everyone~
~Thank YOU for playing with me this week!~
