Morning, morning, morning!

It's been a while since I made a Paris Creativity

project, so I paired up UNIBIND & Paris Creativity

for this fun totally trendy autograph book!

When I think of Paris I definitely think of the stars!

I wonder if she collects autographs? If she

did I would SO send this to her! hahaha

I am in love with my Unibind!

This page is about my trip to Hawaii and how it changed

my view onmyself, being plus sized and self acceptance.

I did not journal on it....yet, but I do intend to.

I don't know quite where to yet and what I want to say just yet.

But Hawaii truly did change my life!

It definitely kicked off my journey of happiness and

taking away all fear of moving away and pursuing

a family and true happiness.

That's it for me today.

The kids go back to school which means mommy starts

cleaning again, and getting back to life! LOL

I finished my Travel Flip Book
this weekend for my girlfriend.
Like I said before she is a Hello Kitty loving,
fashion fun, trendy friend so I thought this
would be perfect for her.

book began!! I know I want to make more

Yesterday was a lovely day at home.
Watching Andrew and the boys work on the
nesting boxes for the chickens and
the boys found some frogs in the pool! hehe
We stayed home and enjoyed relaxing,
it was a nice change.
This week is hubby's birthday so we
will be back in full swing!

~Travel Fun w/ Paris Creativity~

Good morning my crafty friends! :)

As you know and is probably true in your lives,
I have MANY different friends.

Many ages and MANY diverse styles and tastes.Not all of them are the classic scrapbooking

vintage type of girls, some of them are the
Hello Kitty loving, glitzy bling-in', punk wearing type
of friends. WELL!!! I can't leave them out of my
crafting fun!~ hehe For one of those amazing

friends, I am making this flip album, for all of her

travel adventures. She just moved to TN and she is so fun
and sweet, I wanted to make her a flip book to put
her travel photos in.
So I pulled out my Paris Creativity
line because I felt it fit her more than my other
scrap style papers and embellishments.
I KNOW she is going to love it! And guess what? 100%
RECYCLED! I used that old book I found in the library
garbage bin, and I took the covers, cut them off,
filed the edges down and covered them with paper!
Here is how it begin....what a HUGE difference right?

I am going to add rings and many pages, but I wanted

to share the cover first and tell you to save those hardcover
books, or RESCUE some if you see them!

I cannot wait to do a vintage book BUT I
am so excited to see her face when she sees this one.
It's perfect for her style.

*Side note for my baseball friends*
We lost last night, it was a hard game too.
They played so discombobulated in the first 2
innings and came back full force in the last 2 but it
was too late. Very sad, but we play again tonight. :)

~More Paris Creativity Fun & Blog Hop is coming!!

Good morning my crafty friends,
I did manae to eek out one layout this weekend.
I LOVE taking papers you might consider girly
and making them work for me...

I have the Paris Creativity Paper Pad and it is filled with stars and
stripes and bling, perfect for BASEBALL!
So here is my first official baseball layout.

Sports themed layouts are all new for me so I felt funky
and a little off, *don't be too hard on me* BUT my so woke up
this morning and when he saw it he FREAKED OUT!
"MOM you scrapped me in my uniform!! I love this mom thanks!!"
And you know what? If he gets that excited about my layout
then who cares if it's trendy or in a magazine!

I am sooooo giving him some of this Paris Creativity paper,
he will definitely have fun playing with it and creating!

We had quite a weekend, 2 baseball game to start with a bang,
and ended on Sunday with a Renaissance Festival. NONE of use had ever
been to one before, and it was very interesting to say the least.
This is the castle that we visited and toured.
It is actually a home that one man built from the ground up.
Crazy right??

He had a dream and literally brick by brick built it.
He said it is not done and never will be, it began 30 years ago and still
needs so much work.

This is in the upper area, the boys thought it was so cool!

A kick butt owl we saw...at the bird show.

Amazing birds that flew all over and did tricks.

The jousting match, the boys LOVED this!
I was very distracted by this dragonfly during the match, I missed most of
it because I was photographing the dragonfly LOL
Then some kid came up with his wooden sword and whacked at it.
I was happy I got my shot in before he tried to knight the poor bug!

~Funky Fun Card Making Tuesday w/ Paris Hilton Creativity Collection~

Good morning my beautiful crafty friends!

I am so excited because I finally got my hands on some of that

Paris Creativity paper and bling!

I wanted to get the paper and the albums for a long time now,

when they put them up for 50% off, I was so excited!

I decided to break into the packs and make cards first thing.

These are for a couple of my girlfriends who just made a DT!

I wanted to tell them they are superstars! hehehe

So fun and funky fresh!

After seeing the kit in person, I will definitely be

playing some more with the papers and bling!This is another card I made for another friend who made a DT.

She is in her late 20's and this will tickle her pink! :)

I used my Helmar Adhesive Runner for making the cards.
Perfect for a quick permanent stick!

Now remember once again LOL
*DISCLAIMER* I am not a card maker! LOL

Ok on to life on the country road.
I had several Facebook requests to see the chickens,
I don't really know why except to watch them get fat! LOL
They are finally accepting the fact I am the food provider.
They have stopped freaking out when I come out in the morning,
now they just look at me like I am crazy and come running for food.
They LOVE baked potato leftovers!! LOL
The gren and orange chickens are nearly all white now,
and they are BOTH ROOSTERS! LOL
Slowly but surely we are weeding out the roosters and let me tell you
when they said 25% will be roosters, they lied!
I don't know what we are going to do with all these dang roosters!

We also have decided to order 2 hens that lay rare blue eggs.

Oh and a quick story....
Last night hubby drive in and came RUNNING into the house, he
yelled "Brad get out here!" I headed out with Brad and the chickens
were in my sunflower patch!!! LOL
Gage had apparently went into the coop and left the gate open,
so they were having a free for all pecking-fest.

We rounded them back up, thank heavens they always stay close.
It was funny and cute, I wish I had thought to snag my camera.

That's all for me today, I need to work on some dresses,
and a video I am hoping!
Oh and gathering up the BIG BOX of goodies for photographing.
I will give you a little preview of the giveaway...

Glue, INK, Paper, Chipboard, TOOLS, and more!!!! I am trying
to figure out how much I can jam pack into a flat rate box!!!
