~Tuesday is here and so am I~

Good morning my friends, I spent yesterday pouring over comments
of support and watching the news and seeing the devastation in Nashville
and all around these states. *very sad* I just keep on praying
for everyone who is affected and thankful that my family is safe.
The tears I see on the news and the desperation is incredible,
please keep TN in your thoughts and prayers this week.

I am running a little behind this week, my computer is not fixed
and I am still on the laptop. School has been closed once again.
They have too many doing volunteer work and so many dangerous rescues yet.

With a heavy heart I post one more layout I made with the
SFTIO May Kit *Anticipation* I was so filled with hope and joy
when I made these layouts.
I even asked if it was ok to scrap my chickens.
Now I look at the pictures and cry.
I know we are very blessed and lucky to have come through virtually
unscathed. :) But I still mourn my chickens being gone. It was such
a huge family event and the excitement and energy we put into it
was wonderful. We spent 2 more hours last night hunting for them
No luck, we suspect something got them whether it be human or
predator. From what I understand and have read, it could only have been
human. And bless their hearts if someone did take them, they must have
needed them much more than we did, so it's OK.
We can start fresh.
I think tomorrow I will order new chicks and start fresh.

Thanks for hanging with me on my downer week :)
You know I always am looking at the upside, I am trying!
Love you all, thanks for the support!
~Have a beautiful day~
The boys are home again so its going to be a fun day
at home making popsicles and cookies!

Aww, this LO is beautiful. I am so sorry for the loss of your chickens. I love your outlook on it though, someone else must have needed them more. You truly are a loving person Pinky.

Love the layout! I am still hoping they are hiding out somewhere and will return when things settle down! In your last post you said you didn't have a right to be upset. I think you do, those chicks were part of your family! ((hugs)). I love that you aren't giving up and will get new chicks, but then that is just who you are!

Pinky, I am so sorry about your babies. I know that those little chicks were important to you. I am hoping that they will return. I wish you luck on starting over with your babies. your layout is beautiful and a great way to remember your first chicks. I heard a song on the way to work this morning, no I didn't catch the title, but anyway it was talking about how things will get better and how you are strong enough to handle everything so don't give up. the song spoke to me regarding what is happening in my life and I hope that the message will speak to you also. Have a good day.

I am so sorry about your chicken babies! It hurts my heart :( Your layout is so beautiful, a fitting tribute to them and what they meant, and still mean, to you and your family.

Our sweet state of TN....who would have guessed it would be this bad? I am so sad for the people, the families, the businesses...for everything :(

Here's hoping this week is somewhat better. Blessings and love to you Cristal :)

Pinky you ALWAYS turn the negative to positive. That's what I love about you and your blog. You tell it like it is and then make it positive. I am glad that you and your family are safe and will keep everyone in my prayers. Don't give up....if someone did take them they will find their way back home.
