Thinking Of You Vase Card...

Hey there friends, HappyMonday!
I hope you are not iced in like I am but if you are we might as well
get crafty right?

This card I made using the newest Avocado Arts Stamp Set
call Hello Spring and for the vase I used Clear Scraps acrylic which
I stamped on using StazOn then I coated the back side with
Glass Effects before putting it on the card.
I love how I ended up with a mixed media style card!
Here is the full set and as always it's such an adorable mix.

Vintage Painted Acrylic Tag Card

Good morning friends, what a busy week ahead,
but I wanted to share some new projects this week including this
vintage style painted Clear Scraps acrylic card from the
For this card I painted the edges of the flaps using Deco Art paints.
Then to create the tag I simply cut out a sheet of patterned paper and used
a new Little B Border punch for the top.
Added some Prima flowers and goodness from the kit and
that was all she wrote!
These Send It Clear Cards from pre-cut and ready to assemble with an envelope too,
they are so amazing.

Hello Summer...Goodbye Summer...

Hey there friends, can you believe it? I blogged
TWO day in a row with a project!

I used a clear acetate frame from Simple Stories and cut it down to
fit the bottom flap, then added Liquid Pearls to the half scallop.
I love the beachy theme and feel.
I was going to use alcohol inks but I loved it the way it was...
the only thing I wish I had was some Mudd Puddles sand to add!
That would have been perfect!
That's it for me, don't forget the SW blog hop tomorrow!
Happy Tuesday friends.....

For All You Do Layered Card

 Morning friends,
I almost forgot to post this card I created for Gage's teacher.
I loved the SW digital cut file and wanted to make a card.
My son's teacher was who I wanted to create it for.
This card was actually featured on the SW blog
WITH a full tutorial of course! :)
 Check it out.
I used my Xyron, Blumenthal Lansing buttons, OH and Krylon paint!
I swear I am addicted.
The base paper is actually green- go see what I did, it's fun! :)

Howdy Partner~

Good morning crafty peeps,

I was sitting there yesterday creating with the Creating Made Easy
September kit and came across this October Afternoon set of papers.
When I finished my other projects I just felt like making a cowgirl
card for no damn good reason- so I did! LOL
I just hand cut the pocket- no real pattern.
Then I stitched it with my sewing machine and some white thread.
I stayed simple and old school that's for sure! LOL
I found some creamy woodgrain ribbon and it was a perfect match.
LOVE the wood grain paper from this paper line-
Just makes me happy even to have a simple card done and ready.

A few things coming up this week including my first XYRON post- so
stay tuned please, and until then, have a fantastic Tuesday! MUAH!

~Hi...I'm Here For You~

Hey there happy Thursday my friends,

Oh I am in love with the Avocado Arts stamp set this month
especially the "I'm Here For You" sentiment- such a great sentiment for
this time of year and any time your friends need you.
Sometimes I think I am the luckiest gal in the world with such
amazing friends who are so genuine and loving.
I have such great kids in my life too- such a blessing.
I took a little time out this week for the family.
In the midst of Gage's Autism appointments and testing
we took some park time and swimming time.
This has been such a hard week with hubby in the ER- Gage in
his testing and so much anxiety. It's nice to reflect on how amazingly
blessed our family is to have those who care and support us!

Have a wonderful day  my friends~ :)
