~Buttons Galore Blog Hop + Chicken UPDATES!!~

Good morning my friends, I am pushing my other Avocado Arts
project to tomorrow because today I have a special BLOG HOP going on.

Below are the chicken updates + photos.

When they sent me this piece of fabric I had no idea what
in the world I was going to do with it, but then it came to me.
Why not make a sweet little "My Hero" Card for hubby.
Clearly no one in my house has a problem with PINK LOL so I
just went for the whole she-bang.
The buttons were specially dyed to match the fabric, and
it was a fun card to make.

And the next blog on the blog hop is Keri

Hope you have fun on the blog hop, be sure to comment to win~
Happy Monday my friends, thank YOU for stopping by!

Ok on to the chicken update, you know we recently lost chickens
due to a coyote or fox, anyways we got 18 more and on Easter we
put 15 of them into the chicken yard, they were so cute!
I suspect we will lose about 5 more because they appear to be roosters.
But for now we will see what happens.
And we had to kick poor Roo out of his yard, so he would not pick
on and peck the babies...he is really not happy LOL
It's funny because he is not mean but he was so mad I was chasing
him with the camera, he kept running away but I managed to
grab a few good shots~

And my favorite part of the year by far...the part where
the chicken trail return! :) I love it~
Now if that don't make you smile I don't know what will!

I am sending out random fan packages this week, if you receive
one please let me know it arrived safely. :)

OMGosh your card is so crazy thoughtful and perfect in every "wonderful you" way! Your hubby is going to love it almost as much as he loves you. I am excited to be seeing chicken trails again this spring! They made me laugh when I saw them on your FB. (I hate to be assuming something which I am not, I just want you to know that if by chance you did send me something, I am going out of the country for the rest of the month so you wouldn't hear from me and I wouldn't want you to think I wasn't thrilled and appreciative!)
