~Happy Monday + Acrylic Album WINNER + Scrappy Goodness~

♥Good morning from beautiful and chilly Tennessee!♥

I have some FUN news I ALMOST forgot to share!!
Today I will be the featured artist on Scrapbook News & Review!!
Guess what? I made a VIDEO tutorial for it!!!! *WOOT*

Also I have a project that will be featured on Mod Podge Rocks!
So check them out if you have a chance ♥

I was in my scrap room this weekend, playing
with the Pyrus Kit from Scraptastic Club and I was completely inspired.
In the last few weeks I have seen the news how
cyber bullying is affecting teens and even adults...it
got me to thinking how it is so sad when someone takes
their life from being bullied or cyber bullied.
It touched me and I decided to make a layout about it
because of course I have been bullied online by women
who are insecure and feel the need to email or send me messages
letting me know how they hate me.
It always surprises me when adult women send emails like that.
But it also makes me realize that it's not only teens and children
that are affected, it is VERY relevant to everyone in today's society.
I am so blessed to be surrounded by amazing friends and support
but I think of all the people who are not, and even movie stars who
get butchered in the press by bullying.
So in true PINKY fashion I scrapped it!!!!!! :)
Yes, I still scrap it all, no matter what.
Because my scrapbooking is my life diary.
Maybe my children will look back on my pages and see what
happened in my life and how I saw it, and it will
give them peace and hope.

Ok on to GIVEAWAY FUN!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing. My DS deals with bullying almost on a daily bases. The school, teachers and others are working closely with us to make sure his school life is productive and that the bullying does not take to hard of a toll on him. It is scrary to think that their are adults out there willing to bully but then I finally had the nerve 5 years ago to leave my exhusband and he was a huge bully.
you are such an amazing woman and a great inspiration keep up the great work!

WOW. *LOVE* the layout ... you are so honest and I love you for it!!

Keep projecting those positive thoughts and maybe one day all the bullies will get tired of their petty little games ...

(why anyone would try to bully YOU is totally beyond me ...jealousy? thankfully you don't buy into it - you rock, girl!)

Great LO and post Pinky. I detest bulling. I tried to end my life when I was in Jr High because of it. I am so thankful now of course that I wasn't successful, but when you are young everyday is like a lifetime when being bullied and it is hell. Now you can do it 24/7 with computers, texting etc. As parents we have to work with each other to teach our children the horrible consequences of bulling. Sorry for going on and on. Thanks for addressing this subject.

WOW I can't believe that an adult would actaully get into such petty crap...are they that insecure with themselves that they need to try to make someone else missareble??? AMAZING!!!
Keep hitting that delete button girl! some people just S**K!

love your layout & the journaling!!
Congrats to the winner too!

Gorgeous layout, Pinky! It is terrible that grown women can't remember the Golden Rule... I can't imagine any of them would relish getting a nasty email out of the blue... Anyway, you are amazing! Love your work!!!

Awesome as ever my friend! Love that you scrap it all- so tired of always seeing the "Nice" layouts to impress. I still love a honest layout- good, bad, or ugly for me.
I still am amazed that anyone would take the time to send hateful things to you- how sad they must be.
There are so many people that don't know how to be happy for others or share joy for others.Competition is fierce and does crazy things to people.
Glad you know there are many of us that support you and enjoy and want to share all your successes.
Blessings sweetie!

I love that you scrapped about bullying. It is a very touchy subject these days and I hate seeing it happen to others.

Hey Pinky, good for you! Shout it from the roof tops! I have no idea why any adult would treat another adult so badly! Their lives must be totally empty! I figure it's this way...if you don't like what I have to say, don't read it. Move on to somewhere else. People who's mouths poor out nothing but meanness must have nothing but meanness intheir lives. I think instead of tearing down someone else, they should work on building up themselves! OK off the soapbox now. Have a great day, and forget about all the craziness out there!

Obviously the people who have sent you hateful messages have not taken the time to know you! You are a super, fun person! It is great that you can use your scrapbooking to work out emotions. Wonderful LO doing just that!

Why the heck would adults act this way. I am so sorry that someone told you they hate you.

I feel so sorry for the teens who go through this. I so hope this never happens to my grandchildren. I wish it would stop.

What a great idea to scrap about bullying... I scrap for my grand children, and I do try to include Bible verses and inspirational verses, as well as some about current fads, but admittedly I had not thought about something like this. You have inspired me! Thanks.
