A Very Fall Family Project

Hello Tuesday,

It's just me again- are you sick of me yet? LOL

This week I am working on some projects that are top secret until May

and more projects that are top secret until CHA- so stay tuned. 

In the mean time I have this Family Wall Hanging I made. 

I used the fabulous November kit from Creating Made Easy

which included all the elements for this project except the ribbon

and the Samantha Walker Spellbinders dies I used! :) 

There will be a step by step tutorial on the CME blog this month too.

 I love fall!

I love the colors, I love the craft time , I even love the weather.

Many Thanks- Clear Acrylic Cards....

Good morning and happy Monday my friends,

I love making ACRYLIC cards, you probably know this.

So, I have some fun cards to share today using the Creating Made Easy

November kit that has paired with Echo Park Papers. 

 These cards I am actually going to sell at a local craft fair

and I am pretty excited!

 I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Echo Park papers and 

it's the perfect combination with the Clear Scraps acrylic. 

 So far from this kit I have made, 4 cards, 1 banner, 2 door hangers,

and one giant wall hanging. And I have enough left for an acrylic layout and

a few more cards and pages from the papers and acrylic scraps!

Not bad for just one kit. 

I hope your Monday is amazing. 

I spent the weekend sick and am hoping this week is a little better.

I was in my scrap room this weekend, playing

with the Pyrus Kit from Scraptastic Club and I was completely inspired.

In the last few weeks I have seen the news how

cyber bullying is affecting teens and even adults...it

got me to thinking how it is so sad when someone takes

their life from being bullied or cyber bullied.

It touched me and I decided to make a layout about it

because of course I have been bullied online by women

who are insecure and feel the need to email or send me messages

letting me know how they hate me.

It always surprises me when adult women send emails like that.

But it also makes me realize that it's not only teens and children

that are affected, it is VERY relevant to everyone in today's society.

I am so blessed to be surrounded by amazing friends and support

but I think of all the people who are not, and even movie stars who

get butchered in the press by bullying.

So in true PINKY fashion I scrapped it!!!!!! :)

Yes, I still scrap it all, no matter what.

Because my scrapbooking is my life diary.

Maybe my children will look back on my pages and see what

happened in my life and how I saw it, and it will

give them peace and hope.
