Time for another quick Photoshop tip from me...Pink-ee
I did not use my tri-pod because it is packed for Texas,
so fair warning, it is WOBBLY! LOL
This one is how to make your digital embellishment
or shape POP OUT like you would with a pop dot on your Layouts!
I am going to wait another day before choosing a winner on my
