~Patriotic Card Making~
♡Good morning my scrappy friends♡
So sorry for being MIA this weekend, we had so much family
stuff going on and I had a class on Sunday...the blog fell aside. :)
It's no secret, I have many ties in the military community and as
Armed Forces Day approaches I am reminded of how thankful
I am to the military all over the world.
I really loved that the Kraft Outlet had a "Patriotic" challenge.
This is the project I made.

I actually made more than a few and shipped them to
Operation Write Home (of course I made a flat flower for those)

I used the Lunch Bag Paper from Kraft Outlet
and the Vintage Dictionary Pages to make the flower,
along with the new Denim Posies from Imaginisce! :)

Thanks to all the military for all you do and THANK YOU to the families
who live long periods of time without they family members home.
Thank YOU from one lowly crafter, your job is more appreciated and important
than you will ever know! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

~Clearly "I Do"~
Good morning my AMAZING crafty friends!
This morning my project is romantic and sweet....
It is the new Top Load Acrylic Album from Clear Scraps.

I love these albums! I definitely want to decorate more!

I used my Pop Up Posies from Imaginisce, Teresa Collins paper,
and some Tacky Tape with Clearsnaps fine glitter.

It was a fun project....
I made this to match that frame I posted a couple days ago.

I hope the happy couple will love it as much as I do!

~Samantha Walker Blog Hop~
Good morning!
Are you ready for the monthly Samantha Walker Blog Hop??
It's that time again!! I created this layout using the new line from

I also used the Kraft paper from the Kraft Outlet!
I spritzed it with ClearSnap Smooch Spritz first for a shimmery effect,
then I added the i-rock studs from Imaginisce for even more pop!

You might notice the flower in the corner, it's the matching
"Enchanted Garden" fabric that goes hand in hand with the paper line!
I love that they both match!!

It's fun paper and fabric line....and perfect for my layout!

~Artsy Fartsy Kraft Fun!~
♡♡Good morning my amazingly crafty friends♡♡
As you know I am Guest Designer for Kraft Outlet this month,
and it has been a fun DT! :)

This week's challenge was "Buttons and Bows".
I know this is not your A-typical button/bow project but I was
so inspired by the vintage dictionary pages from Kraft Outlet
I could not help myself. :)

I really just wanted to get funky and have fun,
so I used ALOT of Folk Art Paint, and even more Plaid
Extreme Glitter paint. LOL

After I hot glued the buttons down I painted the whole thing once again.
I can't wait for next week's project!
Check back again next Monday!
Have a great day♡♡♡♡♡♡

~♡♡Happy Mother's Day To All My Friends♡♡~
♡♡♥Good morning and Happy Mother's Day to all my friends♥♡♡
I cannot think of a more extraordinary gift then being a mother.
As I watched my boys play baseball yesterday I could not help but
think that no matter what else is going on in my life I am incredibly
blessed with 3 amazing boys who are healthy and happy.
It truly is a wonderful Mother's Day.
I made this card for a friend who just had a baby and thought today
was the perfect day to share it with you all.
Sorry this Card is Out For PUBLICATION-
look for it in the OCTOBER issue of CRICUT Magazine!
It is all printed and cut with my Cricut Imagine...I just adore that machine LOL
I printed it all on American Crafts white card stock and just assembled!
I also had to share this picture with you of my son (hehehe)
He was "helping" daddy and the boys get the pool installed.
I really think he was just playing in the mud.

We finally got the pool put in yesterday...now bring on those hot summer days!

Happy Mother's Day once again....I hope you have a mother in your life
or at least some beautiful children to remind you of how blessed you are.

~Toning Down My Frilly Scrapbook Ways~
Good morning my friends,
Since I usually scrap for show, or for "artistic" reasons, I find it
hard to tone it down a bit for my regular every day life occasions.
This week (for instance) I had to make invitations for my son's 9th B-day party.
I made these invites and I knew if I went crazy it was
going to take me days instead of hours, and it would also cost me
more than the party itself LOL

But in the end I am happy with my project.
It was so cool to be able to print and cut the entire thing with my
Cricut Imagine, then just add the stickles and label tape.
