We are looking forward to friends coming overand having a wonderful day as a family.
With plenty of food and plenty of fun!
I wanted to also share MY personal favorite partof our new home. The beautiful Mimosa Tree that shades
the front porch. My hubby affectionately calls it
his "Pink Hair" tree....it's so nice to have the shade.
We also have some lilies and roses comingup around my Black Cherry Trees.
I am so thankful today for our freedom and our
lives. It's a beautiful way to celebrate today.

Those mimosa blooms are beautiful....like little pink fans!! And those strawberrise are reminding me to pull out all the different berries I have in the fridge waiting for today. :> Happy 4th! :>
i pulled a small mimosa tree out of the woods last year and planted in our yard. still just a stick but i can't wait till it gets big. i love them and want more. my DH just shakes his head. love the desserts. you do know you are supposed to share the recipes also. :) have a great day.
