Marry Christmas Pinky! I hope you and your family have an amazing holiday! One of my family traditions is to have spaghetti and meatballs for dinner on Christmas Eve. My family started it before I was born and I am continuing it with my children.

Thanks for all of the giveaways and inspiration! I look forward in seeing all of your amazing creations for 2011!

What a wonderful giveaway. Would love to win this. My family likes to open one gift on Christmas Eve (that can be played with, not new pajamas.) We then spend the evening snacking and playing.

Hi Pinky,
Thanks so much for a chance at winning a gypsy!!!
I always love coming to your blog to check out all of your craftiness!!! I said it before and I will say it again, you are one talented crafty chick!!! I wish you more and more great things!!! I don't always get a chance to comment as my two lil ones pull me away before I get the chance but I wanted to say that I love love love the cupcake ornaments that you made and how you dressed up the cupcake tin!!! I love it!!! And hanging Christmas ornaments from the ceiling how cool is that!!! Thanks so much for sharing a lil piece of your world!!! I truly love reading about it!!! My favorite christmas memory is believing in all the magic from getting together with family and friends on Christmas Eve, midnight mass and all of the beautiful music, to Santa leaving our stockings at the end of the bed so that when we woke up at five in the morning ready to open presents we could open our stockings and hopefully tide us over for awhile! My parents tried to keep it magical for me(from family and friends, to God, and Santa) and I am truly grateful for all of that!!! Merry Christmas to you and yours from Me and Mine!!!

Holly said...

Thanks for the chance to win a gypsy!! My girls are older so we have had to start new traditions, but my favorite thing about the holidays is being with all of my family!!

Hi Pinky! I love following your blog and seeing what you have to post. You're definitely a crafty inspiration. My favorite part about the holidays is seeing my little girl's face when she opens up her gifts...nothing better than your child's happiness on Christmas day! Thanks so much for the opportunity to win, I would love a Gypsy since I'm getting the Expression for Christmas.

Tracy said...

What a sweet give away. I have seen these, but yet to try one out.

Christmas is my favorite holiday. This weekend we will be finishing decorating our tree rockin' out to the Glee Christmas soundtrack :) This year we aren't going anywhere or having any family come to us so it is going to be very relaxing and stress free.

What a wonderful opportunity!

Christmas is by far my favorite time of year, we start off with my sister and I exchanging one present-a tradition started when we were little and too impatient to wait for Christmas morning! Then the magic of the Christmas Eve candlelight service, followed by the potluck dinner at my grandparents. Then Christmas morning diving into those stockings with the family, and gathering in the living room to open presents. Topped off by a wonderful breakfast of monkey bread, scrambled eggs and ham. Such a wonderful wonderful time of the year!

How very generous. I don't have a cricut but I have friends that do and surprising them with one of these would be great.
My holidays tend to be relaxing..we spend the 24th at a neighbours, the 25th with family and the 26th staying home. I make my kids whatever they want for breakfast on Christmas morning, doesn't matter if I am making 5 (including DH and myself) different ones, you get what you want. That is something my mom started with my brother and I when we were little and it just helps me to remember her more.

My husband's family are Christmas nuts (who isn't?). There's a brunch the Sunday before Christmas, a party Christmas Eve, and then gifts on Christmas morning. When I say gifts that's not only the ones under our respective trees but the ones 'Grandma Claus' gets for everyone. Did I mention my hubbie is one of six kids, all have spouses, and there's ten grandkids? Did I also mention she's a little crazy? We love her anyway. It's nice to gather around their tree and watch the kids rip through their presents. Then the adults go one at a time opening theirs. It takes hours but we're all together and that's what really matters.

Amy said...

What an amazing give away Pinky. Girld, do you rock or what! My favorite thing about the Christmas season is snuggling up with my kiddos and watching Christmas movies by the tree lights!! White Christams is my favorite as it reminds me of my grandparents and all the wonderful Christmases we shared together. Boy do I miss them! Anyways, I hope that you and yours have a very blessed christmas this year! Thanks for the chance to win!

Thank you so much for the chance to win this awesome prize. I love your blog! This holiday is going to be great because this year my son will be able to participate more than he was able to last year (he was 2 months old last Christmas). We are also hosting at our house this year. I haven't put up a tree the last two years because we were out of town for the holidays so it didn't make much sense to decorate when we weren't going to be here anyway. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your family and friends!

You are always having such generous giveaways! Thank you so much for another!

Today was the Santa Breakfast at our boys school and we were in charge of planning it, setting it up and working it. My youngest (Tanner 6) wasn't acting himself this morning...we aren't used to him being still and quiet. Unfortunately...it was because he wasn't feeling well. I don't think that throw up was on the pancake breakfast menu! I felt so bad for him...he didn't get to sit on Santas lap or make any of the crafts, or even try one little chocolate chip pancake. Mommy will have to be making this up to him.

Hope everyone has a wonderful and healthy holiday!!!

The memories :)

Merry Christmas!! I am thankful for my family this Christmas. We won't be celebrating Christmas with gifts due to my DH unemployment of 3 yrs now. But we had a tough year with an unexpected loss in our immediate family & it's been hard to deal with. But I am thankful for CHRISTmas in my life.

Thanks for the chance to win the Gypsy!! ON my wishlist!!

I have mixed feelings about the holidays but look forward to sharing the love of my family! Thanks for the chance to win a gypsy

Thanks for the chance to win a gypsy, that is so nice to share your joy with others! Our Christmas tradition is pretty simple, but I think that is what makes it special. My family likes to wake up on Christmas morning and open presents after breakfast. Then we call our other family and friends and "Thank" them for all the goodies we just received.

Pinky you are AMAZING. These companies that you design for and have give aways is because you do incredible work and inspire hundreds with your designs. I am so glad I found your blog and I read it everyday to see what you are up too. THANK YOU for being you!! I love the holidays and with little children it is so exciting to watch their little faces light up over the simplest things. My two year old loves Angels and the Christmas tree. It has to be turned on as soon as she gets up and we cant turn it off until she is in bed. Thanks for the chance to win such a wonderful present a Gypsy!

Today is my favorite holiday event...my parents' ornament swap. It started out as a normal Yankee swap type thing, with beautiful ornaments, and now it is hilariously a contest to see who can find the gaudiest, most hideous ornament. It's a riot, and I can't wait! Thanks for the chance to win!

Thanks for the wonderful chance Pinky. I love everything about Christmas..the decorating, the baking, the music, the movies. I really like making cookies with my daughter and watching home alone. I sooooo love your blog. Such amazing inspiration you give. I really don't see how you have time for everything...the chickens, the house, your kiddo's and hubby and such WONDERFUL projects and I'm sure much much more. Happy Holidays! Hugs~Lindy

I am looking forward to Christmas year this morning as if I were a child again for the first time in years! Over the years it lost it's magic somewhat for me and I've been trying to recapture that. This year will be the first year my twin girls - 14 mths old on the 20th - will be able to get in on the festivities! I cannot wait to start mannny christmas traditions with them. I love the idea of decorating the ceiling, especially with the ornaments. I used to hang lighted garland up like that around the top of the walls but I never have any help decorating - so this year it's just a tree and stockings so far =(

Cristal from my heart to you this Christmas I want to tell you what a wonderful generous person you are. Your generousity has made scrappers smile all year. That brings me to traditions at my home for Christmas. Each year my family always gives to families or organizations before we buy the first gift for us. This year I didnt know how I was going to purchase anything cause my sister and mom have had financial problems that couldn't be helped. My uncle sent me a check out of the blue and my dad's legacy of giving was once again spread to the Hope House for homeless women and their children. God is so good. WE ALL should not forget the true meaning of Christmas. Merry Christmas to you and yours from my family.

I would really love to win a Gypsy, but I'll be happy for whoever wins! I drive a lot, first to my daughter's then back to my son's. This would be an awesome prize to win! This is the first year my hubby and I aren't going to either families for the holidays. We're going to stay put and since it's just the two of us, we decided to open up our house to people who don't have relatives nearby, for a potluck Christmas day with games and Christmas movies to play. Most of my friends, like us, don't have kids and live far from there families so I thought that would be a nice idea. :o)
Thanks for the giveaway and hope you have tons of fun scheduled for your holiday!

I just discovered your blog and all I can say is WOW! You are such an inspiration! One of our family traditions is to have a finger food fest on Christmas Eve. My children are a little older now but they always look forward to this. We usually watch a Christmas movie and just picnic on the floor.

Thanks for the opportunity to win a gypsy. One of our strange Xmas customs is we always have Pork Pie & Chutney for breakfast on Christmas morning, my grandparents started the practice over nearly 60 years ago and I still do it and have passed it onto my grown up daughter. I have no idea how it started and sadly my Grandparents have passed so I can't find out, as my mum never asked either!
