Hey there, I can't believe it's already Thursday.
I thought I would share this cool CLEAR Sailboat Album I made.
I left it clear  but used Krylon spray paint on the cover with
Clear Scraps stencils.
Of course the album is Clear Scraps as well, I love the shaped albums.
The textured water is Gesso and Mica Powder.

Such a fun piece.
You can grab the album here

No Blogs And Scrap n' Art News!

Hey friends, I know it's Friday and I have not blogged this week
which is so rare but honestly it's been so busy and I worked all week this week,
between that and the State Tournament for Archery coming up.
Plus some personal issues I haven't been up to creating extra, however I wanted
to share this:
I have joined Scrap n' Art magazine as an author (designer).

And also due to circumstances out of my control, mostly
someone breaking my laptop and then the computer repair shop not
being able to fix it properly...I have a GoFundMe account set up.
Now please don't laugh...life's been topsy turvy this year
and I NEVER ask for help. I am so blessed that I had friends and a great boss
who helped me get the first money but now it's not really repairable.

So I am left to this...THANKFULLY no one has taunted me.

I also wanted to share a cool article on Facebook they posted about me...
It is on Dreamcatchers For Abused Children:

Check it out if you have time...thanks for always following
and sharing your lives!
Love, Pinky~

Vintage Painted Acrylic Tag Card

Good morning friends, what a busy week ahead,
but I wanted to share some new projects this week including this
vintage style painted Clear Scraps acrylic card from the
For this card I painted the edges of the flaps using Deco Art paints.
Then to create the tag I simply cut out a sheet of patterned paper and used
a new Little B Border punch for the top.
Added some Prima flowers and goodness from the kit and
that was all she wrote!
These Send It Clear Cards from pre-cut and ready to assemble with an envelope too,
they are so amazing.

Cut the Samantha Walker file with Silhouette Cameo cut it twice in
two shades of pink using Card Stock.
Run doilies through Xyron  9" Creative Station, rub and peel.
Press against each other- and rub to ensure adhesion.
Also set it just slightly off so each pink shows through other side.
Using jewelry post- layer through crystal and flowers-
poke through doily and repeat on other side.
Fold and cut post.
Add crystal sun catcher to bottom and tie twice.
Add Liquid Pearl all around set to dry and repeat on second side.
Thread top with pearl strand or ribbon.
That's it! A beautiful Sun Catcher that's perfect to brighten up your window.

TeaPot Mini Album Sew Lovely Tutorial!

Hello friends and hello Monday!
It was a lovely weekend with the boys and I squeaked out some
time being creative. Finally things have settled down before
ball season begins next weekend. :)
I wanted to share this lovely Teapot album I created using the
Creating Made Easy March Kit- and how I made it...
it was chosen for the feature projects which means EVERY KIT
have a step by step tutorial with photos on how to make it.
So I am just going to add some sneak peeks and let you know what I used.
Xyron Teresa Collins Adhesive Kit, Stickles, Clearsnap Glitter, Liquid Pearls,
Twine, Blumenthal Lansing Buttons (inside and out)
Xyron Adhesive Dots, and Ribbons Unlimited Ribbon.

Spray paint all the Teapot Chipboard pages on both sides.
I used krylon spray paint in pink.
For the cover coat edges in stickles then glitter.
Trim out 2 lace doilies (Samantha Walker cut files).
Adhere lace doily to cover using Xyron 9" Creative Station,
Cut 8 Scalloped circles, all 5.5".
Use Xyron Adhesive dots and Xyron Teresa Collins Adhesive Kit
to adhere stickers and embellishments to cover.
Add Liquid Pearls to cover Set aside.
Place scalloped circle on each page- Xyron 9" Creative Station.
Add 4X6 photo matte. Add Blumenthal Lansing Buttons and twine
one each page (check out pages below).
I will just let you go through the photos, I have each page on here.

I love how it turned out and I am NO girly girl!
BUT I had so much fun with this one.
Be sure to check it out!
See y'all tomorrow!! :)
