Favorite Chick Handmade Card!

Hey there friends, I have so many projects happening lately

I wanted to take a moment to share my latest Avocado Arts

stamping project with you.  

I love the quote "You're one of my favorite Chicks" how cute

is it on this very PINK card?

I decided to keep it classy and simple, I was going 

to ass a little stamped chick to the but this was so pretty.

Buttons And Moms....Same Thing..

Good morning crafty friends, 

Hello Tuesday...and hello NEW stamp set! :) 

This new Avocado Arts stamp set called A Mother's Love

is simply amazing. I had to make a joke about Mother's being like Buttons

because it's such an adorable sentiment. :) 

I created this vintage style card using a gift package from a friend

with some Xyron and Quick Quotes.

Vintage Grunge Stamping Tutorial- Wings Of Love

Hey there friends, 

I had fun this weekend being crafty with some grungy 

vintage style goodness from Sin City Stamps. 

I created this card using my CutCardStock pre made cards 

some leftover flowers I had from a magazine project (using

Samantha Walker cut files) and of course some gold spray paint. 

I stamped the wings onto CutCardStock with a vintage teal 

ink, then coated it in gold embossing powder. 

 I heat embossed the wings and cut them out. 

Then followed the same instructions for the sentiment 

except on dark red card stock. 

For the front of the card I stamped the crackle stamp directly onto the pre made

card and then spritzed the entire card using Mister Huey's mist. 

Then I took the card outside and lightly painted the edges with a

good old can of gold krylon paint.

 After that I used my Xyron Adhesive Dots to add the embellishments

I had created, and the sentiment. 

Then some hot glue of the Connie Crystal- crystals I took

from a sun catchers. 

 I love the soft golden feel. 

That's it for me today- back to my craft room!

Nuts About You...Ummm AND FALL!

Morning friends, 

I have 2 cards to share today which I created using the new Avocado Arts

"Nuts About You" stamp set and CutCardStock card stock too. (in case you wondered). 

 I just love it and I am featured on their blog today!

Happy Monday my friends! :)

Had a lovely weekend with the friends, and the hubs

even headed out with his buddies, all good stuff. 

You know I watched Moulin Rouge for the first time- FUN time! :) 

Anyways, I was headed to a boys birthday party on Saturday

and realized that I don't have any BOYS birthday cards on hand, or

gender neutral so I decided to sit down and start creating some.

I have been dying to use these new VLVS stamps, they are so beautiful. 

I LOVE the dandelion and the distressed Make A Wish- so I used Plate 918. 

I also stitched on some Basic Grey tags- love those so much!!!

After seeing it I wish I had left the red pearls off, but it's all good....

I mean they don't always turned out as expected. 

Isn't this set awesome? I love it so much!

I am also up on the Viva Las vegaStamps blog today with another project!!

Using some fun snarky stamps and images...I would really appreciate it

~How Have You Bean?~

Good morning my crafty friends,

I was creating for my DT work this week and got sidetracked making this card. 

Just because I love this stamp set. :) 

It's the Perfect Blend set from Avocado Arts,I am so in love. 

I just used some older My Little Shoebox papers for it along

with the ColorBox Donna Salazar inks.

 I thought it was a nice card to keep on hand for a friend

and nice to keep my hands busy this week. 

I have 3 beautiful children visiting this week, 

it's going to be a busy but FUN week. :)

Good morning my friends,

I have one more card to share with the fun Sew Nice

stamps from Avocado Arts this month.

I wanted to make a very luscious and soft rich card, so I used

the Tally Scrapper April Kit with the Webster's Pages papers in it.

And used the flower as a lacy background stamp,

and the random stitching line stamp as the bee's trail.

I truly love this card! LOVE IT! haha

I also made buttons from the stamps and tucked them under

the sentiment. This card is going to a very special friend.

Good morning my crafty friends!!!!!

Yesterday I hunkered down and worked with new stamping tools!

Wait until you see how much fun they are!

Here I have some sneak peeks of what I was working on and

~Saturday FULL OF STAMPING FUN!~

Good morning my craft friends!!!

It is finally the weekend!!!!!!!

I had a surprise mailbox full of goodies Thursday/Friday.

On was full of vintage items and Spellbinders from BREE,

and the other package had this SUPER AWESOME STAMP!

How cool is this?? My friend KIM sent it and I just love her and I LOVE my stamp!

KIM Thank you so much!!!!!!! Now all you MO residents...we need to find

scrapbook stores to join up and bring me in to teach for a weekend! :)

That would be so much fun and I could meet all the amazing MO scrappers!

I am so going to use this stamp! I had to sit down right away and

make a card, and you know I don't stamp often...but lately

I find myself stamping more and more! I think if I had more Copics I

would definitely stamp more! Might have to try to find some on sale! :)
