WING Clear Acrylic Cards

Good morning friends,
I had fun making these Clear Scraps acrylic cards with butterflies.
I created them and they were in Scrap N' Art a few months ago.
I simply used a 12X12 Clear Scraps acrylic sheet to create them.

And Kaiser Craft papers! So fun and a stunning effect. :) Clear cards are so cool.
Until next time my friends....

Favorite Chick Handmade Card!

Hey there friends, I have so many projects happening lately
I wanted to take a moment to share my latest Avocado Arts
stamping project with you.
I love the quote "You're one of my favorite Chicks" how cute
is it on this very PINK card?
I decided to keep it classy and simple, I was going
to ass a little stamped chick to the but this was so pretty.
Have you ever done that? Added less to a card? :)
Hit up AA!

IMAGINE A Tropical Life....

Hey friends, wow it's been almost a week since I had something new!
Thankfully I have been busy creating and have 5 projects to share so stay tuned.

My first one for today is this wall plaque I created using Krylon and Clear Scraps.
My newest obsession is spray painting Clear Scraps and of course
as always a tropical vibe is good!
If you hit up the Clear Scraps blog today you will see a step by step
for creating this piece...
I used the Clear Scraps Word Titles, Clear Scraps Mascils, and Clear Scraps Plaque.
Can you see the Mascil I used behind the IMAGINE?
It's really cool "Keys N Locks" I love what it represents.
I actually love this piece it reminds me of Hawaii and the whole thing makes me smile.

Happy Hump day friends, stay tuned this week for more
projects and be sure to check out Clear Scraps!!

Vintage Frame School Gift Idea

It's back to school and that means back to creating!
Our first day was Friday but before I share my creation I wanted to share my boys.
As many of you know I am divorcing and this is our first school year
just the three of us...it's a good time and we are at peace.
Ok on to my project....
I have a blog post on CutCardStock today that shares exactly how I created this
cast acrylic (glass like) Clear Scraps Tri-Fold Frame.
You can see the post here:
I will see you with another project tomorrow! :)

~Scrappin' the weekend away~

Good morning! Happy Saturday y'all.
Hubs is working today so I am playing in my scrap room
and playing with the boys today.

I was so excited to get 4 eggs yesterday,
I cannot wait until they start laying 8-10 a day! :)

I made this vintage-y layout because
I was in a swap on Tally and my partner sent me
some very beautiful fun vintage items.

(I will be having a tutorial on making your own
vintage brown bags hopefully up this week so stay tuned)

I used Jenni Bowlin (vintage queen), and some old papers I had
from Fancy Pants. Also my Martha Stewart Large Monarch
punch, which has become my go to punch!
Don't you love the vintage lace goodies *swoom*
Here is a close up of the punch, it's my fave!
And some bobbles I had in my drawer I have been waiting to use.
Also some very old Kaiser Craft rub-ons.

I love using my old scrappy stuff up! :)
Tomorrow I am going to draw the winner for the Tim Holtz SIGNED
embossing folders tomorrow morning! So please do check back!

~Have a great day everyone~
~ Thanks for stopping by~

Good morning all you amazing crafty people!
Shouting out from a frigid 10 degrees in TN with a 0 windchill,
now I knwo that ain't nothing for you Northern girls but for this
pink lady its-a-little-bit-COLD! :)

I told you last week I got my new Imaginisce box and
I have been DYING to play with it ever since!
This is the NEW Lucy Bird line, it is SO darn cute and fun!
Something else I tried and fell in love with?
The new SMOOCH Spritz from Clearsnaps!
OMG I LOVE IT! I used it all over the edges of this page,
and on the chipboard journaling tag.
The journaling tag I put on top of the spritzed one
is a cute rub-on from the Lucy Birdcollection!
I really tried to photograph this in the light to capture how
shimmery and pretty this page is.
I will have to try throughout the day to see which times work best
but for now I hope you can see what I did.

You can see I used a pretty girly line for this BOY picture and it's
because it doesn't matter what the paper looks like, you can make
it work for YOU!
The back of these Imaginisce papers are always different and
with a little shimmer, or creativity, they work for any project!

OK off to try to stay warm! I am freezing over here!
I have to run a special project to Fed Ex today...
you will be hearing and SEEING more of that later this week!
It's a super fun Purple Cows surprise! :)
So stay tuned...literally...
~Have a great Monday~
