~Acrylic Layout: Girls Of Fall Ball~

Good morning my friends,

You know our Fall Baseball season is over now, and we
affectionately call it "Fall Ball". Of course I take hundreds of photos
on the field but I also take many photos of the little girls
and boys who come to watch and play.
So I decided to make a collage layout with these adorable
sweet little faces.
Of course I used my Clear Scraps acrylic 12X12 sheet as the base,
then I layered on the Basic Grey Indie Bloom papers and stickers.
I also used my copper Viva Decor Pen as pearl accents,
and some vintage lace from my friend Gloria.
Then I added bling with my i-rock tool and used my Fiskars
shape cutter to create all the circles.
I really just relaxed and had fun making this layout.
I love all those sweet smiles :) Makes me so happy!

Happy Hump Day my friends♡♡

~Panty Card For Halloween??!!~

Good morning my crafty friends,
yesterday I was feeling a little rowdy and rambunctious so
I decided to make a Halloween card with the Tally Scrapper Kit
that used the bra and panty template. Just for kicks.
Won't these be fun for my Halloween party? I think so!
Everything except the flowers are from the Tally Scrapper
Oh and by the way all the previous kits are on clearance from
17.00 to 19.99! The sale ends soon but it's a good sale.

Ok I am off to lunch with my gf's today,
I really need a girl's day out and my friend Melody,
it was her birthday yesterday, so it's a good time to go
to lunch and celebrate friendship and birthdays!!

Happy Tuesday everyone~

uses and half the other girls on the SW DT and see if it helps :)

Here is one more layout...it was Gage at the ball field.

~Orange Fiskateer Crop Fun~

Good morning my crafty friends!

On the rare occasion I hop up at 7am on the weekend and head out
for scrappy fun, it is usually for something big.
Yesterday the Fiskateers held a TN Crop Party right here in my town!
It was so much fun catching up with old friends whom I have not
seen in quite some time, and making new friends! :)
Here is Tanya playing with her scrap goodness.
And the amazing Ms. Bettye, teaching the gals how to make a
personalized bottle. Bettye is so talented, she threw the whole party!
Here are the orange capped bottles.
I forgot to make one LOL
Here is Zigz, getting ready for the photo.
And the gal in purple lives right down the road from me.
Such a sweetheart.
Here is Stephanie, who I have not seen since we went to WV
I think! And my new friend Laura, and I think I see Renee back there too LOL
Here is the group shot I took and framed it! :)
It was such a beautiful day.
These tags were made from a Fiskateer who lives many states
away from us, Merlene! She mailed them in for the crop!
I love crafters they are so kind!
Here are the adorable cards Bettye designed for them to create.
She is just so talented, such amazing cards!
Here is the card I created.
And a collage of all the food and tables...YUMMMMMYYY! :)
It was a good day, and my husband, amazing husband stayed
the entire time to help out. What a doll! :)
Anyways I just wanted to share with y'all, it was a really good time to
get out and chat with friends. I never go to crops, so this was a treat!
Happy Sunday! I am off to teach my class today~

~October: Save The Tatas Month~

Good morning my friends,

I think everyone knows someone, or has had an experience with
someone who survived or passed on with Breast Cancer.
I know I have friends fighting it now, I have family who have
passed fighting this horrible disease. It's hard when you helpless
except to encourage, lend and hand, and support.

You probably know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In the spirit of this, I made a card I have not made since I began
scrapbooking, a bra card from the lingerie set I made long ago

I combined Pink Paislee, Pink By Design Stamps, Glue Arts Rais'ems,
Glue Glider Pro Plus & my I-rock for this fun and very girl friendly card.
It was actually really fun to update something I made in 2008! :)
Can you believe I have been scrapping for 3 years now?? OH my,
how my life has changed. LOL
I love the cherub/angel on the Pink Paislee paper and the lace.
Perfect for all my thoughts on strong women who are fighting
to win this battle around the world every day.
They truly are angels.

~Every Moment Is A Gift~

Good morning my friends,
I definitely believe that every moment is a gift and when I received
this stamp from Unity/Samantha Walker I knew exactly what
I wanted to make with it. It was a perfect combo for the
I really love the rich fall colors in this kit and the versatility!
I also added the Clear Scraps Clearly Accent Embellishments for the acrylic
piece that I stamped the sentiment on.

It was a fun combo and a fun project.
I also used the brand NEW Glue Glider Pro with the "flip" cartridge
and it is so cool. You have to try it, it's purple and it rolls either way!
But it still has the awesome Glue Arts Glue in it.

Oh and I have some fun news to share today,
I have been asked to create with KanBan Crafts!
I am very excited about this new opportunity.
I cannot wait to play with the vintage style goodies.
See y'all tomorrow!

~Blog Hop! Fun New For Paper & Digi Scrappers!~

Good morning my crafty friends!!!

Today is a fun day, a NEW goodie happening....
Samantha Walker has decided to delve into Digital Scrapbooking!
Which means I got to dabble in the digi world.

Now I know alot of you are paper only crafters, but guess
what? She has the similar images on PAPER!

My projects today for this blog hop are digital
with the new A To Z Collection (digital format).
First my boy picking green beans this summer, it was quite
a learning experience, so when I saw the "school" theme I was
excited to change it up and use these photos.
And for this layout, I had these photos of the little blue jays
learning to fly this spring. Right outside my house. It was so fun!
You should see the papers that match this set! OHHHH so fun.
I just got a box of them yesterday, I cannot wait to get the glue
out and play with the new line!
In fact Samantha is giving away a new 6X6 paper pad
from her new line so keep on hopping!

The next stop on the blog hop is my friend EVA!
Just click the picture below and off you go.

And of course Samantha Walker's Facebook Page

~Cricut Fun W/ Teresa Collins Carts~

Good morning my crafty friends....any Cricut users out there today?

I was ESATIC when I found out that Teresa Collins was partnering
with Cricut for a new Iimagine cartridge a few months ago.
I rarely get to share my work because it goes straight to the magazine,
but this one was old enough I get to share today.

I used the Baby Boutique Imagine Cartridge to make this card.
If you get the magazine you saw I also made a banner, and
Bacherlorette/Bachelor Party invites.
I fell in LOVE with the cartridge, not only for baby but for
every day uses too. I need to go buy it! :)
It is fun to stray off the theme of a cartridge and just go crazy.
The banner I made was for BABY but it easily could have been
a Bride, or even Winter banner.
Teresa Collins goodies are just so fun to work with!
The entire card is printed and made from the cart.

Ok I am off to rest today...and finish a few more Cricut projects!
Love to everyone who stopped to say get well.
This weekend was rough but the kids go back to school
today so I get to rest and have quiet.
Happy Monday!!!

~Spina Bifida Awareness~

Good morning my friends,
I have amazing friends all over the world, they open up their
lives and their hearts to me, as I do to them.

My friend Tracy, whom I met through scrapbooking-her son
has Spina Bifida. She is not the first friend of mine who's son
has Spina Bifida and I am sure she will not be the last.

I am posting this video for her today, in the hope of
raising awareness for this disease that affects so many.

You don't have to be alone, there is a network of help
and support out there.
As I always say...it helps to be open and talk about it.
Have a blessed Saturday.

~Think Different~

Good morning my crafty friends,

I was heartbroken to hear Steve Jobs passed away so young.
You know he was very close to the age my grandmother was
when she passed away. Anyways I had not thought about it again
until Christine posted the new Survivor Challenge on Tally Scrapper.
The challenge was to use the Title "Think Different" and use
this photo as inspiration.
I love the unique challenge and decided to just DO IT!
I printed off the Apple logo, and made my own mask.
Then I smooch spritzed it on white cardstock.
I edited my photos to the colors of the computers and
basically stuck with the theme of the photo.
I kept it simple like the ad, and just went with it.
I struggled and struggle with this stinking photograph so I finally
laid it on a canvas I had and snapped the shot.
I apologize for the poor quality, it was just a bad day.
You know what I tried on this new layout?? My brand new Multi-directional
Glue Arts Glider Pro glue, you can flip it to PUSH or you can flip it to PULL it.
It really did glide smoothly...and they are giving them away on the Glue
Arts Blog this week, GO ENTER! :)
A little birdie told me I might be hosting a giveaway on my
blog soon too, so stay tuned!! :) Tell them PINKY sent ya
and you want to see a giveaway here too! :)

Journaling:I love the “Think Different” quote. It's more than just a logo.

To me it is who I have always been and accepting it with peace in my heart.

It's not a bad thing it's all about being YOU and being unique.

Even if you were not an Apple fan, you can still find inspiration
in the creativity of technology, and the attention to detail of Steve Jobs.
If you really look, you can find inspiration anywhere.
I chose to find inspiration in the ideas he had, and the "Think Different"
logo of Apple, because I do live my life in that way.

If you have not joined Tally you really should, it is an
amazing place full of artistic and creative inspiration! :)

Have a beautiful Friday my friends♡♡♡♡
