~Butterflies & Crafting~

Good morning my friends,
I had to share a couple photos of my very gentle giant of a son
Justice, who found a "butterfly" I suspect it might be a moth.
With a broken wing, he was screaming for me to get my camera.
It was simply adorable.
He was just enamored and so gentle, it was sweet.
I was thankful for my new camera.
Fun stuff!
Anyways on to crafts... :)

I made this tri-fold frame using my Bind-It-All and the beautiful
"Noted" kit from the Scraptastic Club, you can find a tutorial for it on the
I just used Chipboard and my Bind-It-All to create the pages.
Fun little project! :)

I had so much fun making it and this is the kit I used.

It was a fun kit! You can find the kit here.

That's all for me today, I had such a busy day, I need a nap! LOL

~Oh Happy Day- Mini Album~

 Good morning my friends,
I have a fun project to share today, a little bamboo spine book
I made using my Bind-It-All. I had alot of fun making this one.

You can see I used the new metal butterflies from Momenta on it.
And of course I stitched the cover pages. The paper is all Crate Paper.
This is how it looks on the inside with the Cover-All book from
Zutter, I really like the Cover-alls, they are very cool.
You can actually find step by step instructions for this on the
Bind-It-All blog, I posted last week. :)
I sure would like to see if you have made one.
This is my first and I really enjoyed it.
Ok Happy Monday my friends, I am off to work today! :)

~Sweet Little Angels Mini Album~

Good morning my crafty friends,
today I wanted to share a little MINI mini album I created.

Over the summer we have become fast friends with 3 very special little girls.
I thought this would be a fun way for them to see all the photos I took
of them together.  So I grabbed my Scraptastic Club Nostalgic Summer Kit
and my Bind-It-All and went to town! :)
If you head to the Bind-It-All blog you can find step by step instructions.
I just LOVE the little clipboard covers Zutter makes! :)
This was a fun little kit and a fun project.
I love my Scraptastic Kit Club, Jessica is amazing at piecing together great kits.
I am off to create some more today! :) Happy Friday my friends.

~Vintage Layout & Video Tutorial~

Good morning and here's to hoping you have a beautiful Sunday!~

Today I have a very vintage "distressed" layout to share.
This is a layout I created using the "Nostalgic Summer"
I love these photos of Gage's team winning the Gold Championship
and really wanted to scrapbook it as a vintage style page.
This might be his last year playing and I wanted to remember every moment.
So I really took some extra time, I stitched each page around the edges.
Then before I layered them I used my Distrezz-It-All to "rough" them up.
It's a fun little machine, I LOVE it! :)
I cannot wait to use it on chipboard.
This kit was more than amazing! :) It was like making a little quilt.
I love the colors and it's perfect for that vintage vibe.
I also made a quick video on using the Distrezz-It-All, pretty handy dandy.
Anyways, it was a great memory and I canmot wait to get the rest
of these photos scrapbooked...you know after I get done sewing, being a baseball
mom, getting the kids back in school, school shopping, cooking, baking...etc...LOL
I imagine it will take me a year easy~

Have a beautiful day my friends,
I am off for a special evening, will tell you all about it tomorrow~

~Bella's Banner, DOUBLE Banner~

Good morning crafty friends,
I wanted to share a special project with you today....

This is a banner design I created using my Zutter Bind-It-All
and beautiful Momenta papers. But this is not your average banner!
The banner has layers, so it's a beautiful PARTY banner or
if you flip it to the next page it is the perfect bedroom banner!
I thought it would be so cool to create layered banners-
very multi purpose. Not just a party banner I would use once
but one I could use for many season/reasons.
Just think you could create a winter/summer banner.
Any theme and put them all together using the Bind-It-All! :)
You can check out the step by step instructions including
step out photos on the Bind-It-All Blog! :)
The Momenta paper and embellishments were perfect for this fun
girly banner, I love all the colors! :)

Happy Thursday my friends,
I know I am behind, this week just blew me out of the water.
I will be back in full swing next week I promise.
I also have some prizes to announce, so stay tuned!
MUAH, thanks for your friendship.

~Welcome Dottie- Interactive Layout W/ Multiple Photos!~

Good morning my crafty friends,
What a weekend!! One last baseball game for 3 weeks then
I threw hubby a small birthday BBQ dinner with just
a couple friends last night, and Saturday he went into get a new tattoo for his birthday.
Our first Squash popped it head in the garden, BOTH boys were sick.

I went in on Thursday to get this new tattoo on my thigh,
I have affectionately named her Dottie, I love her! LOL
Non-stop it seems like! :)
 Anyways on to crafty goodness.
A couple weeks ago I created this fun and very interactive layout.
I have OODLES of beach photos and I am tired of scrapbooking them
one by one so I decided to make a mini album on a scrapbook page! :)
What better way then to use my Bind-It-All to do this?!
I used the 1/2 O'Wires and just glued it right onto my layout.
I always say there are no rules in scrapbooking for me and this just
shows you, NO RULES! do it how you do it! :)
I have embellished pages that are 1/2" high so why not use the
Bind-It-All and make my own??
You can find full directions on the Zutter Bind-It-All blog here
I loved adding the twine to the binding, it was a fun project to create.

Oh heads up to! CLEAR SCRAPS is partnering with Stampendous and
running a week long blog hop, so hop over and check out the prizes!
Let's see I don't think anything else is going on just right now....
It's so hot, I might as well stay inside and scrap today!
Happy Monday my friends~

**Big Prizes!!** Samantha Walker Blog Hop- Mini Album + Digital Layout!

Good morning my friends, it is the second Wednesday of the month and
time for another Samantha Walker Creative Team Blog Hop!

Today the prizes are CRAZY AWESOME! :)
So hop and comment all the way!!
Samantha is giving away a Free Cut File & a set of Spellbinder dies...WOOT!

For my projects I made this Vacation Mini Album using the
paper and dies from Samantha Walker's new line for Creative Imaginations
called Nautical and my Zutter Bind-It-All for the binding.
I love the feel of the line and the stickers.
I kept trimming out little pennants and stapled them to the pages like bookmarks.
I added a bunch of Liquid Pearls.
The colors were such fun, made me feel so nostalgic.
I also used the Spellbinders SW Dies for the stars & anchors on the cover.
In the Bind-It-All O'Wire binding I used some Twinery Twine.
I love that I can bind my own books now!!

For my second project all you digital fanatics! :)
I made a digital layout using the new Samantha Walker Digital Kit
called Retro Road Trip, such a fun kit!
Now that's it for me today! :)

Off to the next blog....
the next blog is the amazing AJ Otto, you will love her...

~Just Because "INK" Mini Album~

Good morning my crafty friends,

I have a fun project to share today, this is a mini album I created
for one of my girlfriends. I used all those little camera phone photos
I got from her trip to the tattoo shop.

We had so much fun I just wanted a way for her to remember it and
thought it would be fun to make a little album with my Zutter Bind It All.
I used my Momenta papers and embellishments from the Chloe's Garden line.
And wrapped the O-Wire binding with vintage lace.

This was my favorite photo LOL It did not hurt but she
was making funny faces just  because, I felt like Lucille Ball
was in the room with us! haha

I know it is quite taboo to scrapbook tattoos, and all the "rebel" moments in life,
but this is my life, plain and simple so I decided to scrapbook it anyways! :)
I love my new Bind-It-All I love how easy it makes binding and creating.

Have a beautiful day~
