~1 more sleep until I head out the door!~

Good morning my amazing friends...
I am so excited this morning....just one more day until I head out...

I made my FIRST big Cricut project yesterday! I am tickled pink
Now I was not totally happy with it, but once again
not every project is a home run.
It will be published shortly on the Purple Cows Blog.

This is a little sneaky peek!
I used the amazing Clearscraps Acrylic, I am having so much fun with it!Let me tell you I found a new love for Helmar V2 Vellum adhesive,
I don't use Vellum much but I do use acrylic and man....I use the GLITTER!
If you spritz the V2 on anything and glitter it WOOHOO it is glitter heaven!!!!!
LOVE IT so much! I never have used spray adhesive before and to me
it was so much cleaner then other adhesive for glittering.

Not sure I will be posting the next couple days,
y'all know I try to post every day, but man
with sick kids, Spring Break, and this trip I need to start packing!
I never did figure out what to pack for my trip LOL
I think lots of smiles and Dr Pepper :O

Just go to have some fun!
~Thanks for stopping by, I so enjoy chatting with you all!~

~Thank heaven's I can see the weekend approaching!~

Good morning my beautiful friends!!
I am the Blogger today for Helmar, so if you get a chance to check it
out please do check it out! :) Always helps to have a couple
comments to let them know I am working it, cause y'all know I love my Helmar!
HERE

This is a snippet of what I have going on with Helmar today :)I am so happy the weekend is coming, I have been hours without
a phone and so frustrated today...thanks heaven's the week is ending LOL

I wanted to share with my online friends, some fun moments
from this week.

My favorite picture of the week

We began the week with Baseball for the boys
and their firsts practices! Unfortunately the practices were all after
dark in the evening, so I was not able to get very many "good shots"
But I did catch Gage a couple times without other children around.
The other battle with baseball pictures is not taking shots with other children
so I won't invade their privacy. I still managed to snag a couple :)
Gage with his coach who said he was the biggest kid on the team
and then he learned to bat, he was going to be the powerhouse! hehe

Our other new adventure this week has been BIKE RIDING
It has been MORE than a blessing watching Andrew teach the
boys to ride a bike this week.
He was so patient and they even worked on the bikes together,
I have waited for this day for so long, it brought me to tears more than one time
this week. Watching him guide them and help them to grow
what more could I ask for?

Gage really got the hang of it, they both are still on training wheels
but riding steady and with smiles!

I think hubby fell in love with a little girl in baseball, this sweet
little red head girl, I watched him teach her to catch, it was a total
AWWWW moment...wish I could have caught that on film. :)

Ok off to finish sewing Oh which reminds me
I also made another dress yesterday, a custom order, extra long
for a tall customer :)
Ok that's it for me, I promise LOL
~THANK YOU for stopping by and sharing my life~

~Crafty Blessing~

Good morning my lovely crafty friends,
I thought I was just scrapping a layout yesterday,
but it ended up being very emotional for some reason.

Crafting has brought such enrichment to my life.
It has brought me out of my shell and allowed me to be as brave and
bold as I needed to be to pursue happiness in a whole new way.
I have met the MOST amazing people of my life while
crafting and encouraging craftiness as a whole.
One of those amazing events happened around Christmas
when a bunch of my amazing crafty friends all got together
to buy a special gift for a dear friend.
It was not my crafty friends who surprised me as much as my husband!Who not only stood up and said "Let's do this how can I help" but also
when I told him I needed to drive to Alabama to deliver this gift
in time for Christmas Day, he stood up again and said "Let's GO!"I don't know why it surprised me, he knows I have a soft heart and he
always stands beside me helping with a smile...but for some reason it really
validated to me that he finds my crafting a treasure and not a nuisance in
any way shape or form...so instead of scrapping the pictures of my gf, I decided
to make a layout in homage to him and his support.
I am rambling today sorry :)

Journaling strips:
I am always amazed by the incredible generosity and kind hearted
crafters I have met online and in person.
This year is no different, and the biggest blessing is hubby who always
jumps up to help me even if it means driving to Alabama before Christmas.
Journaling:
Such a blessing to meet amazing people who share my passion for crafting
and love for others. I am so blessed to have been a part of this special gift.
I will never forget those beautiful hearts, all for you Aymee.

Came but for friendship, and took away love.

Happy Monday my friends, I hope you find your passion in crafting
because when you find that love and passion, you will never let it go!
