~So Proud & Family's Are Sometimes MADE Not Born!~

 Good morning my friends,

Oh I see it's been nearly a week since I blogged last? Where
does the time go these days? I had a wonderful party this weekend
for my boys and so much going on, it just slipped my mind!

We did have a great week with family and friends though
so it was totally worth it. :)
Crusher story below project....⇓⇓⇓⇓

But first I created this fun little card, for no DT nothing, just me. :)
I used a mix of old Scraptastic Club Kits, and SRM Stickers.
I really just went with the paper design. I loved the circles and just hand cut
some circles and distressed them, then I stitched them on the sewing machine.
Added Washi Tape from the kits, and a bunch of embellishment stickers.
Just a fun little card. :)

This weekend we had a lovely weekend with friends.
Before I start I should preface this story with the fact that we have been
with the same Crushers team for 3 years now. And our coach Kevin is
a fun time! He genuinely cares about our kids.
We definitely have a misfit team all over the board- we have wonderful children
some with disabilities, some without but he plays them all the same.
No one sits on the bench the entire game like some other teams do.
They all play and they all get to shine even if they are not the best,
he pushes them to try it and go for it!
He reminds me of my husband when he coached.
Anyways all the parents respect him and we all donated money
for him to get a team logo tattoo.

So after the party hubs and I took him and his wife to get his new tattoo!
Here is my gal Renee tattoo-ing him. I love her.
 Here it is all done.
It's so much more than just a baseball tattoo. Just like my Crusher "C" logo.
It was a lovely evening, the only missing piece was our favorite couple
Shauna & David. :) Besides that? Totally perfect!

And of course hubby couldn't be left out so he got a "C" on his
ring finger since he cannot wear a wedding ring. That was sweet. :)
Had another huge special moment happen this weekend that I can't share
just yet, but I feel a layout coming on about it for sure.
Anyways I am off to see a sweet mamacita do her gymnastics.
Have a wonderful Tuesday! :)

~Many Thanks!~

Good morning my friends,

What a weekend full of baseball and HEAT! I tell you what.
I crafted all weekend but most of it was sewing, I will share photos
of my latest projects in a week or so.
In the mean time I wanted to share this card that was featured
on the Momenta Blog yesterday.

I punched clouds from the card stock and painted it with a paint pen.
I used SRM stickers on the clouds.
I love those sentiment stickers! :)

It was a fun little project, I can't wait to give it to my gf! :)
Happy Monday my friends.

Clearsnap and Trinity Paper Arts Blog Hop!!

Welcome to the Clearsnap and Trinity Paper Arts Blog Hop!! Our Design Teams have "teamed up" to share layouts, projects, and more featuring Trinity Paper Arts' paper collections and Clearsnap's distinctive inks and accessories. From sports to summer and everything in between, kick your sandals off, grab a cold lemonade and enjoy the inspiration.

My project today is a card using Clearsnap Smooch Ink in Siren
and the fun Trinity Paper Arts Surf N Swim Collection, and I love it! :)
When I made these squares I thought a POP of Siren Smooch Ink
would make them stand out more, so I edged each one after I stitched them.
I also edged the base of the card after I stitched it.
See how it makes them pop? I love it!
It was a fun and very "relaxing" card. Great, now I am longing for the beach! LOL

Hop along to each blog listed below and leave a comment.

Each comment is an entry into a drawing to win the entire Trinity Paper Arts' "Surf N Swim" Collection!

PLUS, a second winner will receive Smooch Spritz in Gingersnap, Designer Foils in Blue, and Design Adhesives!

~Sweet Frosted Cupcake Mini Album~

Good morning my friends,

What a busy weekend! Hope you all enjoyed yours.
Sunday we were able to sleep in for the first time in 6 weeks!WOOHOO!

I did sit down and create this weekend, I have alot going
on right now and need to create for therapy, I have some
personal layouts coming up, I hope to be able to sit down
and journal on the pages.
In the mean time I created this cute acrylic cupcake mini album
from Clear Scraps and used the SRM stickers I won! :)
I set aside a couple pages because I LOVE the cover and want to
make some cards with it, so I saved 2 pages for that.
I used the Purple Cows Wind It to create the swirl from wire
then I coated it with Liquid pearls.
I had fun with it, these are photos from our friends party- the Taylors.
Andrew got to play and hold Payton for like an hour, he was in heaven! :)

Now has anyone been sucked into Downton Abbey? I am really addicted! LOL
I have been trying to tear myself away but set it up in my craft room so I
can watch it while I am crafting.

Happy Monday my friends MUAH ♡♡♡♡
