~Halloween Layout- TOO CUTE!~

Good morning my crafty friends, 

I have been so busy creating cards and stamping I thought

I would play with layouts this week!

So I sat down to create a layout and realized I have no printer ink! LOL

Well there ys go, time to digi right?

I LOVE this picture of my sweet stinker-

this was before he truly hated Halloween and when I could

force him into an adorable skunk costume that would  mar him the

rest of his life. In reality he screamed and bawled 

for like 2 hours in it LOL

Come to think of it maybe he never did like Halloween

he was just too little to fight my mad costuming skills off!

Oh I miss those days of forced mommy time-

if I could only jail him up now and smooch his face off. haha

Fall Break is almost over!!! 

~Recipe For Disaster! Oh Boy!!~

Good morning my crafty friends, 

We had such a fun night last night at the ball field just watching friends games.

Was nice not to play but just watch.  

Ok, you know I scrap the good, bad, and the ugly...so here goes.

While I love my tattoos, going through a tattoo experience with my 

very indecisive husband...well it was a true nightmare. LOL

When the NDSIB's challenge was to create a recipe I knew exactly

what I wanted to do. Part pretty and fun, part crazy~

I love my hubby but so help me, he gets any other tattoos on his own. 

I had my girl Renee fix his, I will stick to my girl and he can do whatever he needs LOL

This is the picture of him having it fixed, and also him having it done the first time. 

The man just had no luck...LOL

I used the Cuckoo 4U Digital Kits from the Samantha Walker lines

to create this layout, and I am so happy she has such fun lines to work with. 

~Sports Card & Layout Using Song By A Friend~

 Good morning my crafty friends, 

Couple of projects today....first of all this card I made

using the Trinity Paper Arts Making The Team papers,

it was on the Trinity Arts blog with INSTRUCTIONS!~ :)

Then a digital layout I made for a contest....at NDISB.

This layout is special because a friend sent me this song she wrote

because she knew I was struggling.

Not only was it amazing but I asked her if I could use

it in my scrapbooking. For her therapy is music, for me it is crafting.

Because I don't really want to point faces out (I don't really roll like that)

I used duct tape and paint to cover the photo. I really just wanted it

for my scrapbook to remind me that I have true amazing friends who

stand there even if it is silently, they are there and know how I feel

and are amazingly supportive when I need it. 

Lesson learned for sure...not just a lesson learned about people

I should not trust but HUGE lessons on people I should trust~

The ones that step forward quietly and offer a gentle hand of kindred-ship. 

For the layout I used the Oh La La digital kit from Samantha Walker. 

I really love it, I am going to print it off and give up BOTH a copy! :) 

Happy Tuesday my friends....off to have breakfast with a birthday girlfriend,

then a BIG game tonight...I don't have high hopes but hopefully the kids have fun!
