Spring...It's Coming Right?

Hey there friends, I know it's the dead of winter, which
I enjoy all seasons but I had a lot of fun creating this Brand New Release
They have WINTER and SUMMER as well of course.
For those one I used one of the new Mascil/Stencils and painted on the
front of it with Krylon. On the back I graduated the paint in several colors.

I also added the Butterfly Mixers from Clear Scraps. I love spray painting shit!
Krylon is definitely my GO TO.

I have fodun spray paint to be so versatile for crafting
in the scrapbooking world. I am not sure why more people don't
try it? I mean it works great on scrapbook paper too, it
never been the papers, and you can do cool designs.
Some of the mists and sprays end up drinking everything...not spray paint!
This is the BOMB! LOL I am so on it.

Happy Monday friends.

Love And Laugh MINI Clipboard! NEW CHA 2016!

Hey there! Happy Friday friends,
You know last year Clear Scraps came out with these amazing Acrylic Clipboards,
well this year for CHA 2016 they came out with MINI Clipboards, and
of course a whole new slew of stencils as well!
Also the LAUGH is one of their new Chipboard Word Titles.
For this project I used one of the new Mascils/Stencils, and Krylon
Gold Metallic spray paint, then after I painted it gold and let it dry,
I painted over it with a teal blue spray paint.

When it was all dried I added mermaid rhinestones, and
Pearl Dots. For the title I spray painted it the same blue, then
glittered it with gold while the paint was still wet.

It was a fun project that was at CHA 2016 this year.
Even if it's not a scrapbook page, I still love creating for home decor
or even just personal style.

Have a wonderful Friday friends!

Sweet Face Of Autism Layout

This is my beautiful boy, I always scrap real life which
includes Autism on a daily basis.
I hope to spread awareness and show others there is no shame in Autism.
I still do love making layouts and I created
this one for the April issue of Scrap N' Art online magazine.

Do you know anyone with Autism? Do you have questions?
Ask away! :)

Life's A Journey Mini Album

Life is definitely a journey and I have to remind myself of
the long road sometimes, so when I saw this quote on paper I decided
to base my entire Mixable Tag album on it!
For this one I inked the acrylic cover page in blue then
used Krylon Gold Paint and the Clear Scraps Mascil
to create the cover.
The muscle is called Dandelion Wind...
Really fun project, cannot wait tot share more!

Faith Bookmark

Hello Tuesday and hello friends,
Today I chose to share this bookmark I created using the CME January Kit.
I took the Clear Scraps Expression FAITH from the kit and spray painted it
using metallic gold and coral spray paint.
Then I trimmed out two pieces of patterned paper to fit
just around the word Faith.
 I adhered them together.
Then added the acrylic sentiment and a ribbon.
I think I will send it to now of my more religious friends.
Unique and pretty for the book at hand.

Happy Tuesday :)

New Year- Live With Gratitude (Tutorial)

Happy New Year my friends,
it's time to begin anew with a fresh start and why not start with art therapy?

This mini album I created was made using the brand new
Creating Made Easy January Kit! WOOT! Love this kit.
It has so much goodness and was so beautiful to work with.
I started by spry painting the pages in alternation coral and gold paint
(Krylon of course).
And I took the paper flowers from the kit, and spray painted them too!
How cool is this soft look of spray paint on them? They almost look real.
I layered the flowers with a button, then added the title cards from the
Teresa Collins paper included in the kit.
On each page I added a 4X6 matte using the patterned paper, I love
the patterns in this paper.
Each page I added 2 flowers and a button then some of the stickers included.
I bound it together with some beautiful Ribbons Unlimited Ribbon I had to make it pop.
Everything except the buttons, ribbon, and paint were from this fabby kit!
