Altered Birdhouse Fun Just Because~

 Morning friends,

It's Thursday and we are this close to Friday!
I pretty much just made this bird house last night for fun.
No DT work, no reason, just because.
Sometimes I need to craft just for fun to get away from the kids and
have some peace and quite.
I have had this birdhouse for 2 years now and finally decided to
break into my Crate Paper and Hydrangea Hippo Stash to make it happen!

Anyways hope you enjoyed- not alot to saw about it.
I love it, it's staying in my craft room for me to look at LOL
I did use Chalk Inks on the bottom instead of paint- and I love the look.

Have a wonderful day friends!

~Tag Mini Album~

Good morning my friends!!

I hope your Labor Day weekend was amazing! :)
We had the most fun this weekend with friends, and heading into Nashville.

Anyways...first of all I want to share this mini album, then I will
tell about Nashville. I made this fun Tag Mini Album using the new
Basically I took some chipboard I got from my friend Jennifer Priest,
and I trimmed it out into tag shapes (just using my scissors)

After I covered each page using the kit.
I used my Zutter Bind-It-All to create the album.

I had so much fun making it and this is the kit I used.
⇓⇓⇓⇓⇓⇓⇓⇓
It was a fun kit! You can find the kit here.

Now onto the weekend, we went into Nashville (which is rare) and
went to a restaurant called "Dick's" which is where basically you pay
to be insulted LOL It was inappropriate for me to post on my blog
very adult. The food was so so but it was a fun experience none-the-less.
Cannot post the photos because they were a little graphic, but
The waiters did say Strawberry Shortcake pooped on my head...
that was funny LOL

Then (since it was next door) we went to Coyote Ugly...
totally not NEARLY as nice as the movie LOL
Very ghetto and run down, but hey, when your next door you gotta go!
It was a fun time and I had a great time with friends.

Monday we headed for a long lunch with friends,
it was a great weekend, nice and refreshing.
Now back to reality!

This month Samantha is giving away a FREE SVG and
you have the chance to win the Ooh La La Stamp set! :)

In case you have not heard SW is part of the new paper company called
Carta Bella, this project is the new Paris Girl line.
This is a composition notebook, and a backpack tag, perfect for your
little princess or Paris chic gal! :)
I used my Silhouette with the 8 Piece Tag Set to create the shapes,
and the black lace and crown came form Hydrangea Hippos store on Etsy
I laminated the tags using my Purple Cows Laminator.
Now if I only had a little girl! LOL
I don't see my boys carrying this to school anytime soon.

Ok here are the blog hop details:

The blog hop will begin on Wednesday 8/8 at 12:01am MDT and they will have to comment by Sunday, 8/12 at 11:59pm MDT in order to be eligible for the free SVG/Silhouette file as well as the prize...which will be the Ooh La La French Frills stamp set.

~Handmade Baseball Cards~

Good morning, HEY a Saturday post! LOL
It's because I am so excited to share this little baseball card today.

As some of you know I am not on the Design Team for Trinity Arts and
one of their paper lines is called Making The Team, I love it!
I mean hellooooo...me? Baseball mom extraordinaire??!! LOL
I used the fun Making The Team paper line, some baker's twine from Hydrangea Hippo
and a little brad I had stashed in my baseball hat gifts for the kids
*I stole it from my baseball mom bag* haha
If the rain holds off we will be at the ball field all day....I love and hate baseball
season. It's so much fun to see the kids play and grow, I love seeing them smile
and play but on the other hand it sucks to deal with mean parents and coaches
and hear how your team or coaching sucks. But then again, it's never going to be
perfect so I might as well smile and enjoy it :)
Happy Saturday my friends~ See ya Monday!!!
