Xyron And Doodlebug Tutorial And Blog HOP!

Hey there, is that toilet paper I spy on my blog today?? 

WHY yes...yes it is! LOL 

Welcome to the Xyron & Doodlebug Blog Hop friends! 

I have a fun Toilet Paper Roll tutorial for you today!

• Trim toilet paper rolls (ok ok you can use paper towel rolls if you want, I am just super gross! LOL)- to 1 1/2".
• Trim Doodlebug Halloween Parade paper to 2 3/4" or 3" X 6".

• Run patterned paper through Xyron 3" Sticker Maker.

• Score lengthwise leaving 1.5" un-scored strips n the middle. 
• Using scissors- trim edges as shown in photo. 

• Wrap around toilet paper roll and fold in trimmed edges. 
• Press firmly to ensure adhesion. 

• Place Doodlebug Halloween Parade Stickers onto patterned paper. 
• Trim out using scissors. 

• Use border stickers to place around napkin ring. 
• Using Xyron 3/16 High Tack Adhesive Dots to place stickers. 

• Use same Xyron adhesive to assemble MINI Card with the Doodlebug scraps.
• Apply gemstones. 

• Insert napkins! 

These would be adorable at a fun daytime Halloween party, or even a kids party. 

The perfect accent to a fun holiday!

EEK! It's GLITTER!

Good morning friends, is it Friday yet? LOL

Do you ever have one of those projects you are fully

committed to, head on into it and you don't love it?

I mean you like it, but it's just not going to way you planned 

but t's too late to back out now because it's practically an investment?! LOL

Well that is this project, don't get me wrong I like it...

but I don't LOVE IT! :) I mean i can't lie to my blog friends. 

Not everything I make it a home run! (ain't that the truth just ask

that line of haters over there LOL) But you take it with a grain of salt 

and wake up to create tomorrow!

I tried some new techniques which I think I will use again

but it didn't all come together like I wanted. 

HOWEVER!!! That being said I do LOVE LOVE LOVE this kit!!

~New Glasses & NEW CHA Releases!!~

Good morning my friends, 

I FINALLY gor my new glasses(my first REAL glasses) Sunday night. 

They are pink with little hearts on the side...(I mean did you expect anything less?) LOL

So far they still make me queasy but apparently I need them because I 

can officially read the TV Guide on TV now! WOOT! Good stuff...

oh that and seeing what time it is...LOL

Ok I have had these sitting in my photo booth for a few weeks now

the pictures are not picture perfect because I was in a rush to get them out

for CHA, but you have to check out the NEW Ornament Globes

from Globecraft Memories.

They have them for Halloween too, and many other holidays!

LOVE me some Globe Ornaments. 

On this one I added pearl pen and wrote "Dear Santa" on the globe.

 For this one I added a Clearsnap Design Adhesive and Glitter.

 And on these two I stamped the words BELIEVE and PEACE

using my StazOn and Pink By Design Stamps.

 They really are fun, go check them out! 

 Ok I am off to tend to the kids, who are fighting like cats and dogs this week.

I think they know school is coming, and believe me so do I! :)
