~New Classes & Personal News~

Good morning my friends, 

I had a personal scare yesterday my uncle had a heart attack 

and underwent surgery, so you will excuse me if I am a bit off this week. 

He is expected to be fine now but it was quite a shake up. 

It hit me harder than I imagined, I have very few family ties but

really do love my uncle Dale, he is a good man. 

He is a very good and decent man with a family,

 so I ask for any prayers you might have.

Anyways on to crafting-

I created this Clear Scraps plaque for a Clear Scraps sponsored ONLINE class

I will be co-teaching at My Creative Classroom! :) 

 It's going to be a fun and beautiful Scrapbooking Class. 

All about making home decor using Scrapbooking! :) 

I am very excited about it and ask that you please spread the word 

and share the class with anyone who might want to take it.

~This Is Today...Today Is For You~

 Good morning my crafty friends, 

After a beautiful weekend with family and friends,

I have one last project from the 

Creating Made Easy March 2013 Kit.

This fun little card-using the Clear Scraps embellishments. 

Inside it says "Today is For You" I thought it would make

a fun friendship or even birthday card. 

Stay tuned all week for projects, but poor April might be sparse

for a week or so because the family and I are headed to vacation with

2 other families! I am very excited but I am sure my crafty time

will be non existent. I will try to post vaca photos! :)

~Lucky Mom-Beautiful Little Moments~

Well hello crafty peeps! :)

Every day I am reminded how blessed I am with an amazing
beautiful family and incredible friends who are there through thick and thin.
**Photos below**
I think it's really fun to capture those everyday life moments on
scrapbook pages. From the simple smile you catch on your phone
to a self imposed posing shot from the family.

I LOVE this photo I took of my boy, I asked them to climb up and
smile while we were at an aquarium in Chattanooga.
It's the most perfect moment in my opinion. 

I decided that I would use an acrylic base for this page from the

March 2013 Creating Made Easy kit. And the entire kit was

so fun to work with. So versatile!

 

And here are more precious moments I will be scrapbooking :)

~PARTY Banner- Acrylic Style~

Hey there crafty peeps! :) 

Are you hosting any parties this month? I know March is a 

very busy party month in our group of friends. 

I thought it would be super fun to use the new March 2013

Creating Made Easy Kit to create this banner and guess what?

I used my 5" Xyron Sticker machine for the PARTY letters,

I don't know how I would have created them without it! Perfect!

The buttons from Clear Scraps were the perfect accent as well.

Since this was a MINI mini album it was perfect to run through

my Xyron-Create A Sticker Machine. 

I had so much fun creating with this kit, I know you will too and

it's very cool it comes with printed step by step instructions for one project. 

It's a fun kit for anyone who is worried about using acrylic because 

they literally teach you to use it!

~March 1st Bring On Stamping!!~

Hey there crafty friends!!

I have a fun project to share today (and stay tuned for tomorrow's post)
it is the new Spring Medley stamp set from Avocado Arts and of course I
grabbed my Silhouette Cameo and used the cut files that coordinate with the
stamps. I had to cut a few flowers and just play. I was totally
inspired by Ashley's TAG yesterday! :) 

 How fun are these stamps and coordinating cut files?
I love my Silhouette!

I also love this Echo Park paper pack! WOOT!
Now let's hope this card brings on some spring because
right ow it feels like DECEMBER!
