Good morning!!!! Happy Sunday!!!!
I have some HUGE NEWS coming soon, I am waiting on
a loose end before I can announce it but it's going to be some FUN!
Also on the 12th there will be a Clear Scraps BLOG HOP with
sneak peeks to the brand new CHA releases! WOOT!~
Oh and Wednesday is a Samantha Walker Blog Hop!!!! YEA!
I cannot wait to share my project♥
But for today....I made this layout.
I know some people think I am weird for scrapping pictures of food
or no pictures at all, but I have so much fun looking back on my pages.
I made this Peach Cobbler and loved the look so I photographed it.
I knew when I saw the Holy Mittens Santa kit from Scraptastic Club
that I was going to scrap these pictures with it! :)
I also used my Imaginisce i-top (love that thing) and my
Glue Arts Glue Gider Pro...I think that was it! :)
Oh and my Fiskars border punch.
I really just had fun with it, it was a good relaxing day and I wanted
to scrap a night and light layout. Thanks Jessica from Scraptastic Club
who gifted me this kit! I am so thankful, you are so KIND! :)
I will see you all tomorrow and let's hope against all hope
that I can finally make my announcement! LOL
~Happy Sunday~

ReplyDeleteWishing you a great!!!
I scrap weird things like food, too! It is a part of your life, and if you are like me, you love to bake/cook/make treats for your family. If you do it, it must go in the album, that's what I say! I love the colors you chose, they complement the cobbler so well!
ReplyDeleteIf I did scrapbook LOs I know it would be of "things" more than people too. I love that you do this! This was an amazing LO. Looking forward to your big announcement!

ReplyDeleteI don't think it's weird to scrapbook photos of food! It's a part of who your are and your life story!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous layout. You are one talented chick!
Pinky,
ReplyDeleteI have found that some of my best growth and development comes from scrapping with no pictures at all! You are not weird! You're wonderful!
hey pinky! i haven't been on ur blog in awhile -- but i love ur latest creations! love love love ur new blog banner -- it looks amazing! i never realized until now that u actually make it with actually paper products -- and it's not digital!!!! :o wow!!!!! love ur new layout as well -- great colours. :)
ReplyDeleteWell I must be on weird side cuz I scrap recipes haven't in a bit but I do love it
ReplyDeleteThe peach cobbler looks great! With a mom who cooks as well as you do-it is no wonder why your boys eat like they do. So and you have to shop
ReplyDeleteas often as you do. So, quit being the great mom you are -no more homemade food that they love. Buy the cheapest premade food, and you won't have to shop as often. If the food doesn't taste as good as your's does they probably won't find themselves so hungry
also, I know what you have to share must be really big, because you are already doing big. I hope it is soo big you will get to have that "feel good" on a regular basis. The"feel good" of handing DH money you have earned, and telling him to buy groceries or what ever your family needs. Oh! I'm so haopy and excited for you. Whatever it may be, I can tell you are excited, so I want to say congratulations! You keep on going, Pinky, follow every dream you have and dream big! You are doing great!
ReplyDeleteOooh can't wait to hear your news. I don't why you wouldn't want to scrap food when it looks as good as this. It is a great layout and the Peach Melba gives it a warm feeling.
ReplyDeleteKim xXx
