~Christmas Traditions Layout & BOGO Sale~

♥Good morning my amazingly crafty friends♥

I had a fun night last night, I FINALLY set up my Imagine...
well ok hubby did but still it is done! I even printed up a couple
tags to work with on my next LO!

He cleaned up and organized while I scrapped this page.
I needed a picture to scrap for the new Noel Mignon challenge contest,
so I dug through my old Christmas pictures. This is one of my favorite all time photos
of the boys with dad right before Christmas.
We had just moved to TN and it was a wonderful experience
you want to know the funny part? Neither one of us can remember where
this darn Christmas tree farm is LOL We have tried to find it
and we both come up blank.
Anyways I used the new Echo Park paper (or maybe it is old?) and some vintage
crocheted lace, with those AWESHUM snowflakes from Imaginisce, and my
handy dandy Glue Arts Ribbon Adhesive.
If you wonder why I am always listing the items I used,
it is because I do get alot of emails about it, and if you want to make
a page for yourself then you have the ingredients on hand ♥
Plus if I love a product I am not going to lie to ya, I will tell you it rocks!
Journaling:
The best gift I have ever received for Christmas, was not anything that could be given in a box. It was a FAMILY, a real family.
My first Christmas with my husband, we stayed up all night in each other’s arms talking until we fell asleep at dawn on the couch, then woke up an hour later with our son opening gifts.
Every year it is the same story, we are so excited putting out the
special gifts and watching the lights on the tree.
We talk about family , friends and events of the year, our lives before
and our lives now, our children, our losses, our joys.
It all comes up on Christmas Eve.
I never had a real family and for me that is the best gift I could ever receive.
Spending those moments in anticipation of the children’s excitement the
next morning with someone I love knowing we are a true family.

I concur..I love having a real family and with no extended family to rely on, we are hoping we will be able to be near grandchildren some day.
