~Friday is my Fun Day~

Ok not really, but it does feel good to know the weekend is fast approaching!
I am STILL in the Survivor Game at Tally Scrappers, and this
week's challenge for Team Schrute was to use NO Patterned Paper,
3 photographs of flowers, and a stamped Flower and the word SPRING in the title.
I think they were trying to kill me LOL
Being the patterned paper whore that I am!
But I had fun and got it done!

Journaling:
Seeing Aymee and her mother this year at the retreat was a life changing experience for me.
It was the very first time in my life I had seen a loving supportive mother, daughter relationship in person.
I was so happy for Aymee but it also made me realize how very sad I am inside having never experienced that for myself. Especially now with Mother’s Day approaching.
Many times as I watched them I had to go away and cry.
Bittersweet to say the least but good to see it is REAL and possible.
Not for me but for others and that makes me thankful.

~Well, have a beautiful day!~

Yah! It's Finally Friday! I love your new los. I left you a detailed comment on JS concerning the lo with Aymee and me. I love you and thank you so much for that.
Also, your flower layout is very pretty.
I hope you have a great weekend!

I love your LO, you always do such an awesome job with the butterflies.

You may not have had that mother daughter relationship, but you are taking it a step further in being a great Mama to those boys of your so they can look back and say what a strong and loving, supportive mom they had.

Love your layouts Pinky. As the others say you celebrate yourself for changing and be the best mother you can be. That is what I did too. I so wish my mom and I had a relationship like that too!
Happy Mothers Day Pinky!!

Hi Pinky!
You rocked that HARD challenge, the LO is awesome.
We share a bond with the whole mom thing btw- my mom has never seen my daughter Ava, who is gonna be 6 this month. Her doing, I always tried to be close to her, unsuccessfully. I take the relationship with my mom, or lack thereof, and use it to build on all the important beliefs I have to make sure my kids and I don't go down that same miserable, unloving path- it's a life lesson girl! Painful as it is, if I can have a wonderful relationship with both of my kids till my dying day, then the pain was worth it. xOxO

Love your layouts! I think you rocked the challenge. That's one thing I like about doing challenges is that they force us to use items, (or not use items), and it opens up new possibilities.
