I made a LO the other day and wanted a beach sand affect. This is the LO
I used a real light yellow paper but it definetely did not have the "sandy" feel I wanted, so I took 2 ink pads.
One was peachy colored and one was yellow and I drug them across the paper.
It loked really bright but I knew I would be covering it with glitter.
Then I took an ultra fine glitter (blue base) to subtly match the blues in the paper.
And glittered over the ink marks. I really like how it turned out.

Well, I decided to start blogging some of my scrappy stuff I have been getting into in the last 3 months or so.
I am told I am decent at it so here we go!
Right now I am experiementing with Sketches. I have to admit I really like this because there is no restraint in my creativity. It all just happens in my head!
Sometimes doing challenges or Lo's I feel a bit constrained.
So I will share my sketches this week.
The first one I felt very flowery and lovely for V-day so it is my Swirly head LO
The second one is another LOVE LO.
I think the tag should have been turned around.
Obviously I am not a traditional scrappy person haha
